现代陶艺与后现代陶艺比较研究

【摘要】:从古典艺术到现代艺术再到当代艺术,艺术的形式、功能、目的是一个不断演进的过程,每一个时代都需要适合其特征的艺术风格和材料媒介。陶瓷作为最为普及最容易被人认知的材料,它所承担的角色往往被艺术家运用和拓展,于是便有了传统陶艺、现代陶艺与后现代陶艺三种不同风格的陶艺创作。 从1980年初到上世纪90年代中期,在经历了“85美术运动”和“89现代艺术大展”后,中国艺术开始向当代转型。在多元化的当代艺术中,艺术家对材料有了新的认识,将材料的价值意义与观念表达紧密结合成为一种自觉的行为,,从语言方式和思维倾向上开始了个体对中国社会景观的表达。在陶艺领域,一批有着前卫观念的艺术家率先走出了个人表现和材料实验的藩篱,将陶艺放在当代文化的语境中进行思考,使陶瓷媒介成为表达观念的载体,在作品中呈现出明显的文化针对性和问题意识。在新的文化思潮语境中,陶艺开始由审美走向文化,由语言形式转为观念,由纯形式创造转为响应当代文化、关注现实社会、介入当下生活的感召。如果说现代陶艺以纯形式使陶艺成为了美的艺术的话,那么后现代陶艺则希望陶艺由美的艺术转变为一种文化形态。 本文采用比较研究的方法阐述了现代陶艺与后现代陶艺起源与发展的背景,分析论证了二者在创作目的上的差异,对媒介的认知与接受的差异,在创作中技艺的价值差异三个方面,最终二者呈现出不同的艺术形态。本文研究的目的是梳理陶瓷艺术发展脉络及其特征性描述,并为从事陶艺创作或研究的工作者提供参考。
[Abstract]:From classical art to modern art to contemporary art, the form and function of art is an evolving process. Ceramics as the most popular and most easily recognized material, its role is often used and expanded by artists, so there are three different styles of pottery creation: traditional ceramic art, modern ceramic art and post-modern ceramic art. From the beginning of 1980 to the middle of 1990s, after "85 Art Movement" and "89 Modern Art Exhibition", Chinese art began to transform to contemporary. In the pluralistic contemporary art, the artist has a new understanding of the material, so it is a conscious act to closely combine the value meaning and the concept expression of the material. In terms of language style and thinking tendency, individual expression of Chinese social landscape is started. In the field of ceramic art, a group of artists with avant-garde ideas have stepped out of the barrier of personal performance and material experiment, and put ceramic art in the context of contemporary culture to think about it, so that ceramic media can become the carrier of expressing ideas. There are obvious cultural pertinence and problem consciousness in the works. In the context of the new cultural trend of thought, ceramic art began to change from aesthetic to cultural, from language form to concept, from pure form to response to contemporary culture, to pay attention to the real society, and to intervene in the inspiration of current life. If modern ceramic art makes pottery art a beautiful art in pure form, then post-modern pottery art hopes to change ceramic art from beautiful art to a cultural form. In this paper, the background of the origin and development of modern ceramic art and post-modern ceramic art is expounded by means of comparative study, and the differences in creative purpose, cognition and acceptance of media between them are analyzed and demonstrated. There are three aspects of the difference in the value of the art in the creation, and the two show different artistic forms in the end. The purpose of this study is to sort out the development of ceramic art and its characteristic description, and to provide reference for those engaged in ceramic art creation or research.
