基于Virtools的虚拟现实导游培训系统的研究与实现

【摘要】:导游是为旅游者提供服务的第一线员工,不仅是旅游接待者和讲解者,还是一个地区的公关代表,是旅游行业对外交往的窗口,在旅游活动和旅游经营中有重要的地位和作用。科学有效的对导游人员进行培训,能够提升导游素质,提高旅游者满意度,为旅游业创造更大的经济效益和社会效益。现有的导游培训内容、技术等难以满足社会需求。导游人员缺乏职业道德、缺少人际交往能力、滥用情绪的现象还普遍存在,提高导游素质刻不容缓,科学系统的导游培训研究非常必要。这时虚拟现实技术出现在我们的视野中,虚拟现实技术作为21世纪新兴的一门技术已经被广泛的应用于航空、航天、船舶、铁道、建筑、土木、科学可视化、医疗、军事、教育、娱乐、艺术、体育等领域。它具有多媒体信息感知性、沉浸感、交互性、自主性等特点。利用虚拟现实技术进行培训系统模拟和导游考核系统是一种新的尝试,虚拟的环境是通过计算机图形构成的三维空间,或是把其它现实环境编制到计算机中去产生逼真的“虚拟环境”,从而使得用户在视觉上产生一种沉浸于虚拟环境的感觉。 首先阐述了虚拟现实技术的特点及我国培训的现状,并从培训内容、方式对导游培训进行了介绍,同时还介绍了虚拟现实的概念与特征,,总结了它在教育培训中的应用与优势;其次,对应用到的软件和语言进行了简介,重点介绍了Virtools开发平台及其开发流程;根据Virtools开发的基本流程,详细介绍了该系统的实现步骤,景点环境模拟,交互式动画考核模块和漫游导览,研究虚拟景点的建模方法及模块实现的方法,最后总结了全文的工作,并指出了今后研究和开发需要进一步解决的问题。 以福州市地形图作为建模底图,提出了以建立虚拟实境培训系统这种新方式对导游培训模式进行改革。构造了具有逼真实境,拥有信息查询、漫游、认知、内部属性、教学考核等广泛能力的智能虚拟培训系统,实现对导游的日常培训和考核演练,系统可以应用于导游培训机构对学员的教育培训、导游从业者及欲从事导游这一行业的人员。本系统的应用会为提升导游培训的效率,规范培训的内容作出贡献。
[Abstract]:Tour guide is the first line employee who provides the service for tourists, not only the tourist receptionist and interpreter, but also the public relations representative of a region, which is the window of foreign communication of tourism industry, and plays an important role in tourism activities and tourism management. Scientific and effective training of tour guides can improve the quality of tour guides, improve the satisfaction of tourists, and create greater economic and social benefits for the tourism industry. The existing tour guide training content, technology and so on are difficult to meet the social needs. The lack of professional ethics, the lack of interpersonal skills and the abuse of emotion are common among tour guides. It is urgent to improve the quality of tour guides. Therefore, it is necessary to study the training of guides in scientific systems. The virtual reality technology has been widely used in aviation, aerospace, ship, railway, architecture, civil engineering, scientific visualization, medical treatment, military affairs, as a new technology in the 21st century. Education, entertainment, art, sports and other fields. It has the characteristics of multimedia information perception, immersion, interaction, autonomy and so on. It is a new attempt to use the virtual reality technology to simulate the training system and the tour guide examination system. The virtual environment is a three-dimensional space formed by computer graphics. Or other real environments are programmed into the computer to produce realistic "virtual environment", which makes the user feel immersed in the virtual environment visually. Firstly, this paper expounds the characteristics of virtual reality technology and the present situation of training in our country, and introduces the training of tour guides from the training contents and methods. At the same time, it also introduces the concept and characteristics of virtual reality, and summarizes its application and advantages in education and training. Secondly, the corresponding software and language are briefly introduced, with emphasis on the Virtools development platform and its development process; According to the basic flow of Virtools development, this paper introduces in detail the realization steps of the system, the environment simulation of scenic spots, the interactive animation examination module and the roaming guide, and studies the modeling method of virtual scenic spot and the method of realizing the module. Finally, the work of this paper is summarized, and the problems that need to be solved in the future research and development are pointed out. Taking the topographic map of Fuzhou as the modeling base map, this paper puts forward a new way of establishing virtual reality training system to reform the training mode of tour guides. An intelligent virtual training system with a wide range of abilities such as information query, roaming, cognition, internal attributes, teaching examination and so on is constructed to realize the daily training and examination exercise for tour guides. The system can be applied to the education and training of tour guide training institutions, tour guide practitioners and those who wish to engage in the tour guide industry. The application of this system will contribute to improving the efficiency of tour guide training and standardizing the content of training.
