基于利益相关者的我国商务差旅管理研究
[Abstract]:Business trip is a kind of business behavior, which involves a large number of stakeholders. Moreover, business travel is different from the traditional tourism, and has a great relationship with enterprises, individuals, organizations and government, which becomes the point that the common tourism management theory can not completely cover. The in-depth research in this field is beneficial to the optimization of organization and enterprise management, and to the development of the tourism industry, especially the travel management industry. With the development of the Chinese economy, especially after American Express entered China in 2002 and established the first Sino-foreign joint venture business travel management company, As an important market branch of the tourism industry, China's business travel management industry has also thrived, the domestic market has been gradually nurtured, and people's awareness of travel cost control has gradually deepened. China is currently the world's second-largest business travel market and is expected to overtake the United States as the world's largest business travel market in 2015, according to the (GBTA) report of the World Business Travel Association. The resulting demand for business travel management will grow. And there is more and more demand for research in this field. This paper will learn from the knowledge of stakeholder theory and explore the various stakeholders of travel management: travel management companies (TMC-Travel Management Company), travel users (enterprises and individuals) and hotels with travel management interests). Aviation and other interests and differences of interest. The existence of differences restricts the effective management of travel. How to solve the differences, seek common ground while reserving differences, realize the real maturity and maximize the benefits, will be the focus of this paper. Different from the past, this paper does not discuss how to improve the business efficiency from the point of view of the travel enterprise, but looks on the travel management as a whole project and analyzes the factors involved in all aspects of the whole interest chain. This paper probes into the conflicts of interest and similarities between them, and analyzes the suggestions and measures to improve the travel management under the present market environment in our country. This kind of attempt, hoped can give the travel management each stakeholder to draw lessons from the role.
