河池学院公共体育课增设户外运动的可行性分析

【摘要】:摘要:2003年教育部颁布的《全国普通高等学校体育教育专业本科专业课程试行方案》指出:田径类课程领域,包括田径、户外运动、定向越野、野外生活生存等课程作为体育教育专业本科生主干课程的必修课;攀岩、登山作为技术学科选修课。并从2007年起将户外运动课程在全国范围内的普通高校进行全面推广。河池学院近年在探索应用型人才培养模式,在此教学改革的环境下,引进户外运动课程对教学改革有着实际意义。 本文研究分析如下: 第一章对本文选题依据、研究的意义进行简要的叙述; 第二章对国外户外运动研究现状进行分析、国内户外运动研究现状分析; 第三章叙述了本文研究对象和研究方法; 第四章主要通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、实地实验法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等科研方法,对河池学院4位相关领导,36名教师,800名学生进行相关调查研究。主要对师生对户外运动了解程度、师资结构、师生对户外运动课程的增设意愿、师生对户外运动课程增设的形式和内容、教师对户外运动的教学意愿、学生参与户外运动的动机、学生的消费承受能力、增设课程需解决的问题等进行调查分析。 第五章总结研究结论,对课程的实施提出建议。 根据调查结果分析本文认为:河池学院师生对户外运动认知程度较高,对户外运动有一定的了解,走访的4位相关领导表示大力支持,91.43%的教师认为有必要增设户外运动课程,82.21%的学生希望参加户外运动的学习,学生参与户外运动的动机主要是增进健康,拓展心理品质,提高社会适应能力,学习户外运动技能,培养团队协作精神,培养吃苦耐劳坚强毅力,体验回归自然。因此,本校增设户外运动课程具有较好的支持基础。在课程开展形式上主要以公共体育选修课进行,内容上以定向运动和野外生存训练为主,野营和自行车为辅进行理论课实践课的教学与训练。根据参与实验课后学生的综合反映,户外运动让学生获得乐趣,提高心理品质,对体育课的锻炼价值和情感价值进一步提高。 本研究对河池学院公共体育课增设户外运动可行性进行相关分析论证,为河池学院体育课教学改革提供理论和实践参考。本文认为:河池学院公共体育课增设户外运动是可行的,但在课程设置过程中需要注意各种教学资源的合理配置和安全保障。
[Abstract]:Abstract: in 2003, Ministry of Education promulgated the "National General College physical Education Major undergraduate Curriculum pilot Program" pointed out: track and field courses, including track and field, outdoor sports, orienteering cross-country, Field life and other courses are compulsory courses for undergraduate students majoring in physical education. Rock climbing, mountaineering as an elective subject of technology. Since 2007, outdoor sports courses have been popularized in colleges and universities all over the country. In recent years, Hechi College has been exploring the mode of cultivating applied talents. Under this environment of teaching reform, the introduction of outdoor sports course has practical significance to the teaching reform. The research and analysis of this paper are as follows: the first chapter gives a brief description of the basis of the topic and the significance of the study; the second chapter analyzes the current situation of outdoor sports research in foreign countries and the current situation of outdoor sports research in China. The third chapter describes the research object and research method of this paper; The fourth chapter mainly through the literature method, the expert interview method, the questionnaire survey method, the field experiment method, the mathematical statistics method, the logic analysis method and so on scientific research method, to Hechi College 4 related leaders, 36 teachers, 800 students were investigated. Mainly to the teachers and students to the outdoor sports understanding degree, the teacher structure, the teachers and students to the outdoor sports curriculum addition desire, the teachers and students to the outdoor sports curriculum addition form and the content, the teacher to the outdoor sports teaching will, The motivation of students to participate in outdoor sports, students' ability to afford consumption, and the problems to be solved in additional courses are investigated and analyzed. Chapter five summarizes the conclusions of the research and puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of the curriculum. Based on the analysis of the results of the investigation, this paper holds that the teachers and students of Hechi University have a high level of cognition of outdoor sports and have a certain understanding of outdoor sports, and the four leaders interviewed expressed their strong support. 91.43% of the teachers thought it was necessary to add outdoor sports courses, 82.21% of the students wanted to take part in outdoor sports. The motivation of students' participation in outdoor sports was mainly to improve their health, expand their psychological quality and improve their ability to adapt to the society. Learn outdoor sports skills, cultivate teamwork spirit, cultivate hard work and strong perseverance, experience return to nature. Therefore, the addition of outdoor sports curriculum has a good support foundation. In the form of curriculum development, the main courses are public sports elective courses, the contents are orienteering and field survival training, and camping and cycling are supplemented by the teaching and training of theory and practice courses. According to the comprehensive reflection of the students participating in the experiment class, outdoor sports can make the students have fun, improve their psychological quality, and further improve the exercise value and emotional value of the physical education class. This study analyzes and demonstrates the feasibility of adding outdoor sports to public physical education in Hechi College, and provides theoretical and practical reference for the reform of physical education in Hechi College. This paper holds that it is feasible to add outdoor sports to public physical education in Hechi University, but attention should be paid to the reasonable allocation and safety of various teaching resources in the course of curriculum setting.
