基于期权博弈的综合体建筑投资决策研究

【摘要】：结合综合体建筑开发规模大、开发周期长、不确定性高等特点,选择期权博弈方法,对处于同一环境中具有竞争关系的两项综合体开发项目进行评估和比较,结果发现随着投资环境的变化,应该采取不同的投资策略,差异化策略是实现有效决策的可行方法。
[Abstract]:Combined with the characteristics of large scale, long development period and high uncertainty of complex building development, the option game method is chosen to evaluate and compare the two complex development projects in the same environment. The results show that with the change of investment environment, different investment strategies should be adopted, and differentiation strategy is a feasible method to realize effective decision.
