市场监管法律制度的改革与完善

【摘要】：正[编者按]市场经济的发展离不开有效的监管,市场监管法作为经济法的重要组成部分在其中发挥着举足轻重的作用。近年来,在食品、药品等实体经济领域接连发生的恶性事件,以及证券、期货等虚拟经济市场中屡禁不止的欺诈行为都要求对市场监管法律制度予以改革和完善。要真正建立起以有效性为核心的市场监管法律制度,真正实现市场的公平、公正和有序,就必须反思我国当前的市场监管体制是否合理、监管理念是否契合市场经济的需求、政府监管机构的设置是否得当、监管权的配置是否科学、多元化的监管体系是否发挥了应有的作用等问题。有鉴于此,本编辑部特从华东政法大学经济法律
