期货农业对农业组织化影响机制研究

【摘要】：在经济全球化的大环境中,农业组织化呈现了多元化的特点,新型经济形态的介入给农业组织化注入了新鲜的血液,为解决农业组织化发展问题、促进农业经济发展提供了全新的思路和方法。在各种农业组织化创新模式中,期货农业因其使用期货这一金融工具将新兴金融市场和传统农业市场联系起来的独特属性,为农业组织化提供了重要的发展载体。期货农业是近年兴起的,由部分农业龙头企业在订单农业的基础上为了更好地规避价格风险和违约风险而探索出来的新型农业生产经营模式。该模式一般采用“农业订单+期货贸易”,将期货市场引入农产品种植、采购、加工、销售等生产经营过程中。一方面使涉农企业可以利用期货市场价格作为经营决策参考,更合理地确定产品价格,调整经营策略；另一方面,通过参与期货市场操作,如套期保值可以利用期货市场抵补现货市场的盈亏,来实现农产品价格波动风险的规避,锁定利润,增加盈利点,扩展营销渠道,提高农业订单的履约率,客观上促进农业组织化的发展。本文从期货农业和农业组织化的相关关系入手,首先介绍了背景和意义,对国内外的相关研究进行了综述,说明了文章写作的方法和数据来源。通过阐述期货农业和农业组织化的理论基础,分析期货农业如何利用期货价格发现功能和规避风险功能；通过建立模型分析期货农业功能的实现模式及其与现货市场的关系,证明了期货农业产生并发展的合理性及其作用发挥的科学性；通过阐明农业组织化及其内涵,为制定农业组织化评价指标体系奠定基础。重点章节中,第一部分通过构建期货农业传导机制模型,详细分析了种植期和销售期期货农业的传导机制,得出期货农业通过农业的生产环节、销售环节、政策环节及期货农业各要素将期货市场功能和农业经济联系起来的结论。第二部分详细分析了农业组织化的影响要素,通过建立评价指标体系将抽象的农业组织化问题具体化,使用AHP对农业组织化进行评价,得出了各评价指标的权重,提出了促进农业组织化发展的一般思路。第三部分具体分析了期货农业对农业组织化产生作用的传递机制,并反映了农业组织化对期货农业的反向影响。本文采用了实证分析和案例分析来证实期货农业对农业组织化的影响及其作用,进一步证明期货农业确实能够促进农业组织化发展。期货农业作为高层次的农业模式,对农业组织化有极大的促进作用。因此,发展农业组织化,提高农业组织化程度,可以通过发展期货农业来实现。本文最后从宏观政策和微观操作两个层面,对如何发展期货农业以促进农业组织化发展提出了政策建议。
[Abstract]:In the environment of economic globalization, agricultural organization presents the characteristics of diversification. The intervention of new economic form has injected fresh blood into agricultural organization, in order to solve the problem of agricultural organization development. Promote agricultural economy development to provide brand-new thought and method. Among the innovative models of agricultural organization, futures agriculture provides an important carrier for the development of agricultural organization because of its unique attribute of using futures as a financial tool to link the emerging financial market with the traditional agricultural market. Futures agriculture is a new agricultural production and management model developed by some leading agricultural enterprises on the basis of order agriculture in order to avoid the price risk and default risk in recent years. This model generally adopts "agricultural order futures trade", and introduces the futures market into the production and management process of agricultural products planting, purchasing, processing and selling. On the one hand, to enable agribusiness enterprises to use futures market prices as a reference for business decisions, to more reasonably determine product prices and adjust business strategies; on the other hand, by participating in futures market operations, For example, hedging can use the futures market to offset the profits and losses of the spot market, to avoid the risk of agricultural product price fluctuations, to lock in profits, to increase profit points, to expand marketing channels, and to improve the performance rate of agricultural orders. Objectively promote the development of agricultural organization. Starting with the correlation between futures agriculture and agricultural organization, this paper first introduces the background and significance, summarizes the relevant studies at home and abroad, and explains the writing methods and data sources. By expounding the theoretical basis of futures agriculture and agricultural organization, this paper analyzes how futures agriculture makes use of the function of futures price discovery and risk avoidance, and analyzes the realization mode of futures agricultural function and its relationship with spot market by establishing models. This paper proves the rationality of the production and development of futures agriculture and the scientific nature of its function, and lays a foundation for establishing the evaluation index system of agricultural organization by expounding the agricultural organization and its connotation. In the key chapters, the first part through the construction of futures agricultural transmission mechanism model, detailed analysis of the transmission mechanism of futures agriculture during the planting period and sales period, get the futures agriculture through the agricultural production, sales links, The conclusion that the function of futures market and agricultural economy are connected by the policy link and the elements of futures agriculture. In the second part, the influence factors of agricultural organization are analyzed in detail. The abstract agricultural organization is concretized by establishing evaluation index system, and the weight of each evaluation index is obtained by using AHP to evaluate agricultural organization. The general idea of promoting the development of agricultural organization is put forward. The third part analyzes the transmission mechanism of the effect of futures agriculture on agricultural organization, and reflects the reverse effect of agricultural organization on futures agriculture. This paper uses the empirical analysis and case analysis to prove the impact of futures agriculture on agricultural organization and its role, and further proves that futures agriculture can promote the development of agricultural organization. As a high-level agricultural model, futures agriculture plays a great role in promoting agricultural organization. Therefore, the development of agricultural organization, improve the degree of agricultural organization, can be achieved through the development of futures agriculture. In the end, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to develop futures agriculture in order to promote the development of agricultural organization from two aspects of macro policy and micro operation.
