【摘要】：国务院于2012年4月正式批准在珲春市成立“中国图们江区域(珲春)国际合作示范区”,为珲春市经济社会发展提供了千载难逢的机遇。对珲春国际经济合作示范区的建设和发展的研究,是探索沿边地区跨境经济合作先行先试模式、深入推动东北亚地区开发合作、实现图们江地区跨越式发展的必然选择。加速构建珲春国际合作示范区,实现珲春经济跨越式发展是国家战略需要,将有利于促进东北业各国的经贸合作,实现优势互补、互利共赢和共同发展；有利于探索我国沿边地区开发开放的新道路,加快东北老工业基地振兴和促进区域协调发展；有利于提升我国民族边疆地区的经济和社会发展总体水平,促进边疆民族地区的团结、稳定、.繁荣和发展,具有非常重要的理论与现实意义。本文主要采用了区域经济学和国际经济合作相关理论知识,对区域经济理论的基本内容,国际经济合作模式及内容进行了论述,并对国际合作示范区的概念进行了界定。对珲春国际合作示范区设立背景、珲春市的自然资源、口岸情况、周边国家主要港门情况、航线情况及珲春的经济发展现状进行了详细介绍,并从打造国际性能源矿产基地、现代化外向型出口加工基地、图们江地区国际物流基地、面向东北亚的跨国旅游基地等方而进行珲春国际合作示范区建设。详细分析了珲春国际合作示范区发展面临的内部问题、外部的制约因素及优势。最后提出了珲春国际合作示范区发展的策略。
[Abstract]:In April 2012 , the State Council officially approved the establishment of the International Cooperation Demonstration Zone of the Tumen River Region ( Hunchun ) in Hunchun City , which provided a great opportunity for the economic and social development of Hunchun . The research on the construction and development of the international economic cooperation demonstration area in Hunchun is an inevitable choice to explore the first pilot pattern of cross - border economic cooperation in the coastal area , and further promote the development cooperation in Northeast Asia and realize the development of the cross - border economy in Tumen River region . To accelerate the construction of the demonstration zone of Hunchun international cooperation , to realize the cross - border development of Hunchun economy is the national strategic need , it will be beneficial to promote the economic and trade cooperation of all countries in the northeast industry , realize the mutual benefit and win - win and common development , facilitate the exploration of the open new roads in the coastal areas of our country , accelerate the revitalization of the northeast old industrial base and promote the coordinated development of the region ; promote the unity , stability , prosperity and development of the border areas of our country , and have very important theoretical and practical significance . This paper mainly adopts the relevant theoretical knowledge of regional economics and international economic cooperation , discusses the basic contents of regional economic theory , international economic cooperation pattern and content , and defines the concept of international cooperation demonstration area . It analyzes the internal problems and external restriction factors and advantages of Hunchun International Cooperation Demonstration Zone . Finally , it puts forward the strategy of the development of Hunchun International Cooperation Demonstration Zone .
