产业集群内主导企业知识转移的影响因素研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,产业集群作为一种新兴的经济发展模式,在我国不少地区取得了快速发展,已经成为区域经济发展的核心竞争力。不少学者对产业集群进行了深入研究,形成了较为系统的产业集群理论。前期研究更多从宏观上关注产业集群的形成机制、竞争优势、演进路径等,而现在更多关注的是产业集群内部企业间的异质性,尤其是主导企业的角色与作用成为新的研究热点。在产业集群内,主导企业作为发展较快、综合实力较强的一类企业,对整个产业集群的发展起到引领示范作用,能够引进集群外部知识并通过在集群内部的知识扩散带动其他企业的发展。因此,从知识转移视角来认识主导企业的作用具有十分鲜明的意义。 本文采用理论研究与实证分析相结合的方法,研究产业集群内主导企业向中小企业知识转移效果的影响因素,总结知识转移机制。本文首先系统回顾产业集群的相关理论,梳理关于产业集群内主导企业的研究进展,为后续研究奠定理论基础;在此基础上,提出研究假设,构建研究模型,并深入海宁、常熟两地的产业集群,对中小企业进行问卷调查,对政府相关部门、行业协会、典型企业进行深入访谈,获取研究所需数据和资料;最后利用实证研究方法对模型和假设进行检验,得出研究结论。 本文研究表明,产业集群中主导企业向中小企业知识转移的影响因素包括二者之间的认知临近性、网络关系、竞争关系以及中小企业知识吸收能力,这四个方面均会对知识转移产生影响,但影响程度有所不同。中小企业与主导企业的认知临近性对知识转移频率以及被转移知识价值产生正向影响,但是对被转移知识在生产经营上的促进作用无显著影响;中小企业与主导企业的网络关系对知识转移频率、被转移知识价值以及被转移知识在生产经营上的促进作用均产生正向影响;中小企业与主导企业的竞争关系对知识转移频率、被转移知识价值以及被转移知识在生产经营上的促进作用均产生负向影响;中小企业的知识吸收能力对被转移知识在生产经营上的促进作用产生正向影响,但是对知识转移频率、被转移知识价值没有显著影响。因此可以看出,产业集群内主导企业向中小企业知识转移作为带动中小企业以及产业集群发展的重要方式,受到多个因素的促进或制约,这些因素之间的力量博弈决定了知识转移的最终效果。本文最后对促进产业集群内主导企业向中小企业知识转移提出了针对性的建议,以期更好地发挥主导企业的带动作用。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, industrial cluster, as a new economic development model, has made rapid development in many regions of China and has become the core competitiveness of regional economic development. The previous studies focused more on the formation mechanism, competitive advantage, evolution path of industrial clusters, and now more attention is paid to the heterogeneity of enterprises within industrial clusters. In particular, the role and role of leading enterprises has become a new research hotspot. In industrial clusters, leading enterprises, as a class of enterprises with rapid development and strong comprehensive strength, play a leading role in the development of the entire industrial cluster. It is of great significance to understand the role of leading enterprises from the perspective of knowledge transfer, which can introduce the external knowledge of the cluster and promote the development of other enterprises through the diffusion of knowledge within the cluster. This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research and empirical analysis to study the factors influencing the effect of knowledge transfer from leading enterprises to small and medium-sized enterprises in industrial clusters, and summarizes the mechanism of knowledge transfer. Firstly, this paper systematically reviews the relevant theories of industrial clusters. Combing the research progress of leading enterprises in industrial clusters, laying a theoretical foundation for further research; on this basis, putting forward research hypotheses, constructing research models, and going deep into industrial clusters in Haining and Changshu. Questionnaire survey on small and medium-sized enterprises, the relevant government departments, industry associations, typical enterprises in-depth interviews, to obtain the necessary data and materials; finally, empirical research method to test the model and hypothesis, draw the conclusion of the study. This paper shows that the factors influencing the knowledge transfer from leading firms to SMEs in industrial clusters include the cognitive proximity, the network relationship, the competitive relationship and the knowledge absorption ability of SMEs. These four aspects will have an impact on knowledge transfer, but the degree of influence is different. The cognitive proximity of SMEs and leading enterprises has a positive impact on the frequency of knowledge transfer and the value of transferred knowledge. However, it has no significant effect on the promotion of transferred knowledge in production and management. The network relationship between SMEs and leading enterprises has no significant effect on the frequency of knowledge transfer. The value of transferred knowledge and the promoting effect of transferred knowledge on production and management have a positive impact on the frequency of knowledge transfer. The value of transferred knowledge and the promotive effect of transferred knowledge on production and management have a negative impact, and the knowledge absorption ability of small and medium-sized enterprises has a positive impact on the promotion of transferred knowledge in production and management. However, there is no significant effect on the frequency of knowledge transfer and the value of knowledge transferred. Therefore, it can be seen that the knowledge transfer from leading enterprises in industrial clusters to small and medium-sized enterprises is an important way to promote the development of SMEs and industrial clusters. Promoted or restricted by many factors, the power game between these factors determines the final effect of knowledge transfer. Finally, this paper puts forward some specific suggestions to promote the transfer of knowledge from leading enterprises in industrial clusters to small and medium-sized enterprises. With a view to better play the leading role of enterprises.
