传统集群企业合作营销意愿影响因素研究

【摘要】:随着产业集群的发展,其对区域经济和其内的相关企业的发展的重要性已经有目共睹,作为一种经济现象,产业集群最为主要的竞争优势是可以促使区域内各种资源进行整合,并发挥集聚效应。基于此学术界和相关政府机构都对集群进行了多角度大范围的研究,以达到提升产业集群和集群企业的目的,尤其是对集群内存在最多的中小企业而言意义更为重大,它们需要充分利用并发挥集群的集聚优势形成对市场竞争的整体对抗。因此本研究以企业为中心,研究集群企业之间的合作意愿的相关内容,期望对集群企业之间的合作提供一定借鉴意义。 由于研究视角与研究对象的差异,目前学者们多就合作意愿的某一影响因素加以研究,如信息共享、关系质量、专用性投资、整合能力等,研究结果较为分散。此外,现有研究主要集中于一般意义的企业间合作及其影响因素研究,而基于集群背景下针对企业间合作意愿的研究还相对匮乏。为了较为系统的整合相关资源,且从提升集群企业合作效果和效率的角度而言,本文在前人研究的基础上重点梳理了合作意愿角度的影响因素,希望构建系统化的框架和理论体系,从而对集群企业的合作与发展提供借鉴意义! 因此,本文首先梳理了集群和合作营销的相关内容,在此基础上根据集群企业的特殊性和企业间合作行为的特点,构建了影响集群企业合作意愿的相关影响因素模型。为了进一步该模型的合理性和有效性,通对集群企业进行问卷调查和半结构化访谈,同时结合当地政府等第三方机构的宏观信息整理,运用实证研究的方法,借助结构方程模型对集群企业间合作意愿的影响因素加以研究,探索出增强企业间合作意愿的要素和途径。最后,本文整理总结了企业之间合作存在的主要问题,并结合分析结果和资源分配等给予企业之间的合作提供积极的建议,以期促进集群企业间更为广泛和深入的合作。总体而言,本文的研究成果对集群企业寻求合作伙伴以及达成合作的意愿等方面有着一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrial cluster, its importance to the development of regional economy and related enterprises is obvious. As an economic phenomenon, the most important competitive advantage of industrial cluster is to promote the integration of various resources in the region. On the basis of this academic and relevant government agencies have carried on the multi-angle and large-scale research to the cluster, in order to achieve the purpose of promoting the industrial cluster and cluster enterprises, and bring into play the agglomeration effect. Especially for the most small and medium-sized enterprises in the cluster, they need to make full use of the cluster's agglomeration advantage to form the overall confrontation to the market competition. Therefore, this research takes the enterprise as the center. In order to provide some reference for the cooperation among cluster enterprises, this paper studies the related contents of cooperation will among cluster enterprises. Because of the difference between the research perspective and the object of study, scholars have studied some factors affecting the willingness to cooperate, such as information sharing, relationship quality, exclusive investment, integration ability and so on. The existing researches mainly focus on the inter-firm cooperation and its influencing factors in general sense, but the research on the willingness of inter-firm cooperation in the context of cluster is relatively scarce. And from the point of view of improving the cooperation effect and efficiency of cluster enterprises, this paper mainly combs the influencing factors of cooperation willingness angle on the basis of previous studies, hoping to build a systematic framework and theoretical system. So as to the cooperation and development of cluster enterprises to provide reference significance! Therefore, this paper firstly combs the related contents of cluster and cooperative marketing, based on which, according to the particularity of cluster enterprises and the characteristics of cooperative behavior among enterprises, In order to further the rationality and validity of the model, a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews were conducted. At the same time, combined with local government and other third party organizations' macro-information collation, using the method of empirical research, with the help of structural equation model to study the factors that affect the willingness of cooperation among cluster enterprises. Finally, this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the cooperation among enterprises, and provides positive suggestions to the cooperation among enterprises in combination with the results of analysis and the allocation of resources. In order to promote a more extensive and in-depth cooperation among cluster enterprises. In general, the research results of this paper have certain reference significance for cluster enterprises to seek partners and achieve cooperation will.
