“同城化”视角下福莆宁物流业合作研究

【摘要】：在“城市世纪”时代,竞争与合作的外延已经从单纯的城市之间拓展到城市群、城市圈。相邻城市之间加强区域生产要素的融合,构建更加宽泛有效的产业链条以加强区域经济的竞争力,已成为区域经济未来发展重要的生长点和增长极。海峡西岸经济区建设已上升为国家发展战略,作为海西重点发展的核心城市圈之一福州、莆田、宁德三市抓住机遇,正积极实施建构以福州大都市圈的同城化战略。区域物流业在区域同城化战略,在社会再生产的对资源的调整、分配、优化作用日趋凸显,区域物流业的一体化协同发展极大地影响着区域经济的竞争力。目前福莆宁地区物流业的发展相对滞后,与经济发达区域的同城化物流发展程度相比有较大差距,在同城化的视角下如何建构福莆宁物流业协同发展模式是本文重点探析的问题。鉴于此,本文在对国内外关于物流业同城化协同发展的相关理论研究加以梳理的基础上,首先从宏观角度对福莆宁物流业同城化发展的基础条件进行分析,进而得出当前福莆宁物流业发展的现状及其趋势,通过这两部分的背景描述,提出福莆宁物流协同发展的设想。在第四部分开始,利用swot-clpv分析工具对福莆宁物流业同城化可行性作出战略决策；在第五部分则利用熵权法去分析福莆宁物流业协同发展的影响因子,得出对应因子得分权重。通过前文研究得出的战略决策与因子得分权重最后提出福莆宁物流业协同发展模式及建议对策。在研究方法上,本文在查阅大量区域物流协同发展的研究和理论的基础上,本文通过调查问卷和实地走访等形式,深入行业一线,深入挖掘福莆宁物流市场的基础数据和统计数据。通过调查问卷归纳出福莆宁物流业发展的实施环境进行SWOT-CLPV分析；在进行发展模式的模型构建的过程中,创新地将熵权法应用的区域物流业发展模式的因子分析上,加大定量分析的力度,从而弥补swot-clpv分析工具的不足,为最后一部分的福莆宁物流业发展的模式的确立以及对策建议夯实可行性基础。在研究中得出以下结论：第一,在区域经济一体化进程加速的背景下,福莆宁物流业进行有效的整合、协同发展是增强区域经济活力的必然举措。第二,利用定性与定量分析方法得出的福莆宁物流业同城化发展路径有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:In the age of "City Century", the extension of competition and cooperation has been expanded from simple cities to urban agglomerations and urban circles.It has become an important growth point and growth pole for the future development of regional economy to strengthen the integration of regional factors of production and the construction of a broader and more effective industrial chain to strengthen the competitiveness of regional economy.The construction of the economic zone on the west coast of the Straits has become a national development strategy. As one of the core urban areas of Hercynian's key development, Fuzhou, Putian and Ningde have seized the opportunity and are actively implementing the strategy of co-urbanizing the Fuzhou Metropolitan area.Regional logistics industry in the region with the city strategy, in the social reproduction of the adjustment, distribution, optimization of the role of increasingly prominent, regional logistics industry integration and coordination development greatly affects the competitiveness of regional economy.At present, the development of logistics industry in Fupuning area is relatively lagging behind, and there is a big gap between the development degree of logistics in the developed region and the development degree of urban logistics.How to construct the coordinated development mode of logistics industry in Fupuning from the perspective of the same city is an important problem in this paper.In view of this, on the basis of combing the domestic and foreign related theoretical research on the coordinated development of logistics industry with the city, this paper firstly analyzes the basic conditions of the development of the logistics industry in Fupuning with the city from a macro perspective.Then the present situation and trend of the development of Fupuning logistics industry are obtained. Through the background description of these two parts, the tentative idea of the coordinated development of Fupuning logistics is put forward.At the beginning of the fourth part, we use the swot-clpv analysis tool to make strategic decision on the feasibility of the logistics industry in Fupuning. In the fifth part, we use entropy weight method to analyze the influence factors of the coordinated development of the logistics industry in Funpuning, and get the corresponding factor score weight.The strategic decision and factor score weight obtained from the previous study finally put forward the coordinated development model of logistics industry in Funpuning and its countermeasures.On the research methods, this paper, on the basis of consulting a large number of regional logistics collaborative development research and theory, this paper through questionnaires and field visits and other forms, in-depth industry line,Excavate the basic data and statistical data of Fupuning logistics market in depth.Through the questionnaire, the author summarizes the implementation environment of the development of logistics industry in Fupuning, carries out SWOT-CLPV analysis, and innovates the factor analysis of the development model of regional logistics industry which is applied by entropy weight method in the process of constructing the model of development model.In order to make up for the deficiency of swot-clpv analysis tools, the paper makes up for the establishment of the model of the logistics industry development in Fupuning and the countermeasures and suggestions in the last part of the paper, which will lay a solid foundation for the feasibility of the development of the logistics industry.In the study, the following conclusions are drawn: first, under the background of accelerating the process of regional economic integration, Fupuning logistics industry to effectively integrate, coordinated development is an inevitable measure to enhance the vitality of regional economy.Secondly, using qualitative and quantitative analysis method, the development path of Fupuning logistics industry is of certain reference value.
