地方高校应用型人才培养的有效教学模式探析

【摘要】：本文以应用型人才培养为切入点,对当前地方高校教学模式的有效性进行深入分析,结合区域经济发展实际,探讨提高地方高校教学有效性的最佳手段,提出:通过优化课程设置,提高教学内容的有效性;创新教学方法,提高课堂教学的有效性;改进考核方式,提高评价系统的有效性;完善实践环节,提高实践教学的有效性。
[Abstract]:This paper, taking the cultivation of applied talents as the starting point, makes a deep analysis of the effectiveness of the current teaching mode in local colleges and universities, and discusses the best means to improve the teaching effectiveness of local colleges and universities in the light of the reality of regional economic development. This paper puts forward the following points: to improve the effectiveness of teaching content by optimizing the course setting; to innovate teaching methods to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching; to improve the assessment method and the effectiveness of evaluation system; to perfect the practice link and to improve the effectiveness of practical teaching.
