信息化时代高校外语复合型人才服务区域经济的问题及求解

【摘要】：信息化时代下外语复合型人才的诞生,助推了区域经济的发展,拉动了世贸的繁荣。首先从高校服务区域经济意识不强、社会服务管理"对接"机制不够健全、专业设置滞后于社会和市场的需求、大学毕业生就业不匹配用人单位的需要、外语教师队伍"双师素质"有待提高等方面分析了外语复合型人才服务区域经济存在的问题,然后从高校更新服务意识观念,提高办学质量、搭建大数据平台,构建高校服务区域经济体系、转变人才培养观念,创新人才培养模式、加强师资队伍建设等方面提出了求解方略。
[Abstract]:In the information age, the birth of foreign language talents promotes the development of regional economy and the prosperity of WTO. First of all, the university service region economic consciousness is not strong, the social service management "docking" mechanism is not perfect, the specialized setting lags behind the society and the market demand, the university graduate employment does not match the employer's need. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the service of foreign language complex talents in the regional economy from the aspects of "double teachers' quality" to be improved, and then, from the perspective of renewing service consciousness, improving the quality of running a school, setting up a platform for big data, and so on. The solutions are put forward in the aspects of constructing the regional economic system of university service, changing the concept of talent training, innovating the mode of talent training, and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff.
