欠发达地区企业从模仿到创新的转型研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国的国民经济实现了快速的发展,斐然的成绩另世界瞩目。然而伴随而来的区域经济发展失衡问题也愈加凸显。欠发达地区无论在工业化进程、城市化发展还是产业结构高度化方面都与发达地区存在较大的差距。区域经济失衡引起的贫富差距拉大、社会缺失公平、社会不稳定现象也日益增多,这势必影响我国经济发展进程。如何借助技术创新实现欠发达地区经济的腾飞是我国经济发展的一个深刻性议题。欠发达地区企业作为该地区经济发展的主体,克服地区劣势,走出一条从模仿到创新的技术转型升级道路,是一条有效的路径。基于此,本研究以欠发达地区经济滞后为背景,探讨该地区企业如何走出一条从模仿到创新的转型升级之路。 全文分为八个部分。第一章介绍了研究背景和意义、研究内容和框架、研究方法和可能创新点。第二章从模仿、创新和从模仿到创新转型三个研究层面,国外国内两个维度进行了文献回顾。第三章界定了创新理论、模仿理论、自主创新理论的相关概念,回顾二次创新和组织学习模式的协同演进,接着介绍了企业从模仿到创新转型的一般机理。第四章讨论了欠发达地区的经济特征,分析了欠发达地区企业从模仿到创新转型的迫切性和合理性,并运用扎根理论系统地分析了欠发达地区企业从模仿到创新转型的微观影响因素。第五章在理论假设的基础之上,,并运用结构方程模型对假设进行了验证。第六章以恒瑞医药作为欠发达地区从模仿转型成功的典型企业作了案例分析。第七章给出了欠发达地区企业如何实现从模仿到创新转型的对策建议。第八章是研究结论与展望。通过以上研究,以期揭示欠发达地区企业从模仿到创新转型的内在规律,发现创新模式转化升级的路径机理,对欠发达地区企业从模仿到创新转型转型具有一定参考意义。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the national economy of our country has achieved rapid development, and remarkable achievements have been noticed by the world. However, the accompanying imbalance of regional economic development has become increasingly prominent. There is a big gap between the underdeveloped regions and the developed regions in terms of industrialization, urbanization and industrial structure. The gap between the rich and the poor caused by the regional economic imbalance is widening, the social equity is lacking and the social instability is increasing, which is bound to affect the economic development process of our country. How to realize the economic takeoff of underdeveloped regions by means of technological innovation is a profound topic of economic development in China. As the main body of the economic development in the underdeveloped region, it is an effective way for the enterprises in the underdeveloped region to overcome the disadvantages of the region and to go out of the way of technological transformation and upgrading from imitation to innovation. Based on this, this study takes the economic lag in underdeveloped areas as the background, and discusses how the enterprises in this region can walk the road of transformation and upgrading from imitation to innovation. The full text is divided into eight parts. The first chapter introduces the research background and significance, research content and framework, research methods and possible innovations. The second chapter reviews the literature from three aspects: imitation, innovation and transformation from imitation to innovation. The third chapter defines the related concepts of innovation theory, imitation theory and independent innovation theory, reviews the cooperative evolution of secondary innovation and organizational learning model, and then introduces the general mechanism of enterprise transformation from imitation to innovation. The fourth chapter discusses the economic characteristics of the underdeveloped regions, and analyzes the urgency and rationality of the enterprises' transition from imitation to innovation in the underdeveloped areas. The microcosmic influence factors of the transformation from imitation to innovation of enterprises in less developed areas are analyzed systematically by using the theory of taking root. In the fifth chapter, the hypothesis is verified by using the structural equation model on the basis of theoretical hypothesis. Chapter six takes Hengrui medicine as a typical enterprise in the underdeveloped region from imitating to transforming successfully to make a case study. The seventh chapter gives the countermeasures and suggestions on how to realize the transformation from imitation to innovation. The eighth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the research. Through the above research, we hope to reveal the internal law of the transformation from imitation to innovation of enterprises in less developed areas, and find out the path mechanism of transformation and upgrading of innovation mode, which has certain reference significance for enterprises in less developed areas from imitation to innovation transformation.
