天津港东疆港区新建道路不均匀沉降及预防措施研究

【摘要】:天津滨海新区位于天津东部沿海,环渤海经济圈的中心地带,,是亚欧大陆桥最近的东部起点,也是中国邻近内陆国家的重要出海口。依托京津冀、服务环渤海、辐射“三北”、面向东北亚,努力建设成为中国北方对外开放的门户、高水平的现代制造业和研发转化基地、北方国际航运中心和国际物流中心。发展天津滨海新区已经列入国家区域经济总体发展战略布局,根据党中央、国务院的部署,天津滨海新区近期工作重点之一为建设天津东疆保税港区,以推动滨海新区的进一步扩大开放。建设东疆保税港区是拓展天津港发展空间、完善港口功能、建设世界一流大港的必然选择。 天津东疆保税港区具有典型滨海地区海、陆相交互沉积软土的特殊地质条件。这种经吹填而形成的软土一般具有容重小、孔隙比大、含水量高、强度极低的特点,地基承载力和稳定性差,应对地基进行加固处理以满足工程建设的需要。随着东疆港区的建设开发,越来越多的场区及道路竣工验收并投入使用,但是后期使用过程中暴露出不少问题,如地基不均匀沉降,给现有的使用带来安全隐患,因此需要进行认真的研究,分析破坏的原因,提出相应的工程对策加以解决。 因此,本文主要做了以下几个方面的工作: (1)统计分析东疆港工程地质状况,介绍东疆港区几种常用地基处理方法; (2)现有破坏情况调查及原因分析; (3)通过有限元分析对已建道路的沉降进行分析计算,利用动三轴试验结果估算车辆动荷载引起的路基残余沉降的方法; (4)研究软土地基施工预防措施,提出减小路基不均匀沉降的设计方案。 希望以上研究对工程实际应用能够提供有益参考。
[Abstract]:Tianjin Binhai New area is located on the east coast of Tianjin and the center of Bohai Sea Economic Circle. It is the nearest eastern starting point of the Eurasian Continental Bridge and an important outlet for China's neighboring landlocked countries. Relying on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, serving the Bohai Sea, radiating the "three North", facing Northeast Asia, we will strive to become the gateway to the opening to the outside world in the north of China, the high level modern manufacturing and R & D transformation base, the northern international shipping center and the international logistics center. The development of Tianjin Binhai New area has been included in the overall strategic layout of the national regional economic development strategy. According to the arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, one of the recent priorities of Tianjin Binhai New area is the construction of Tianjin Dongjiang bonded Port area. In order to promote the further expansion and opening of Binhai New area. The construction of Dongjiang bonded Port area is an inevitable choice to expand the development space of Tianjin Port, perfect the port function and build a world-class port. Tianjin Dongjiang bonded Port area has the special geological conditions of typical coastal area and continental interactive sedimentary soft soil. The soft soil formed by blow filling is generally characterized by small bulk density, large porosity ratio, high water content and extremely low strength, and the bearing capacity and stability of the foundation are poor, so the foundation should be strengthened to meet the needs of engineering construction. With the construction and development of Dongjiang Port area, more and more site areas and roads have been completed and accepted and put into use. However, many problems have been exposed in the later use process, such as uneven settlement of the foundation, which brings security risks to the existing use. Therefore, it is necessary to make a careful study, analyze the causes of damage, and put forward corresponding engineering countermeasures to solve the problem. Therefore, this paper mainly does the following work: 1. Statistical analysis of the engineering geology of Dongjiang Port, and the introduction of several commonly used foundation treatment methods in Dongjiang Port area; 2) investigation of existing damage situation and analysis of its causes; 3) analyzing and calculating the settlement of built road by finite element analysis, and using the result of dynamic triaxial test to estimate the residual settlement of roadbed caused by dynamic load of vehicle. 4) study the preventive measures of soft soil foundation construction, and put forward the design scheme to reduce the uneven settlement of subgrade. It is hoped that the above research can provide a useful reference for the practical application of engineering.
