关于构建“亚欧经济共同体”的思考

【摘要】：党的十九大通过了《中国共产党章程(修正案)》的决议,将推动构建人类命运共同体和推进"一带一路"建设写进了新修订的党章。构建人类命运共同体是习近平总书记对当今世界性质和时代主题的重要思考,是从人类文明发展战略高度对当今时代特征做出的创新性判断。建设"丝绸之路经济带"需要有组织化、机制化的杠杆来推动,需要得到周边国家的广泛认同和支持。构建"亚欧经济共同体"不仅是扩展区域经济合作和实现经济可持续发展的需要,也是顺应全球化发展的战略需要。
[Abstract]:The Party's 19th CPC National Congress has adopted the resolution of the Constitution of the Communist Party of China (Amendment), which will promote the construction of a community of human destiny and the construction of "Belt and Road", which has been written into the newly revised Party Constitution. Constructing the community of human destiny is an important consideration of the nature of the world and the theme of the times by General Secretary Xi Jinping. It is also an innovative judgment on the characteristics of the present era from the height of the development strategy of human civilization. The construction of "Silk Road Economic Belt" needs to be promoted by means of organized and institutionalized leverage, which needs to be widely recognized and supported by neighboring countries. The construction of ASEM is not only the need to expand regional economic cooperation and realize the sustainable development of economy, but also the strategic need to adapt to the development of globalization.
