建筑物理环境视野下昆明地区建筑西立面遮阳研究

【摘要】:伴随着能源危机与生态危机,建筑提供舒适人居环境的同时,也占到人类30%的能耗与同比例的污染,人类社会被迫进入绿色建筑时代;绿色建筑技术的快速推广应用已成当务之急1。我国云南大部分地区处于温和地区,区域经济发达,历史悠久,由于地理区位优势,为我国桥头堡战略的重要实施地。由于气候的特殊性,从根本上改善此区域的人体舒适度有别于寒冷地区与夏热冬冷地区,主动式制冷并不适用,我们只能从被动式制冷的方面来探讨这个问题。 作者通过大量的数据收集以及对国家颁布的遮阳规范与标准进行整理,发现专门针对温和地区遮阳的研究与其他地区的遮阳研究相比,可以说是九牛一毛。在可查阅的资料内,大多是从理论层面上进行分析研究,缺少量化分析。笔者试图借助软件分析气候条件、计算机软件模拟等量化手段,得到更加可靠、更加有依据的数据。 本文选取处于温和地区昆明市内受太阳辐射能最强烈的建筑西立面作为主要研究对象,采用问卷调查方法对昆明市的居民进行关于西晒与遮阳问题的深度调查。并且实地走访了昆明市许多大街小巷,对昆明市内现状的遮阳设施进行汇总梳理,将各个分类的方式、特点、优缺点进行清晰的罗列。 通过对当前全球和我国的能源的分析,对国内遮阳的现状进行及国内建筑设计师对遮阳构件运用中存在的问题进行总结,梳理归纳建筑遮阳从古至今的发展进程,总结建筑遮阳的基本形式与其优劣,在充分考虑到昆明市的气候条件、资源和能源利用现状及存在问题的前提下,通过定量的模型模拟,对各种遮阳方式的重现,通过对横向和竖向的比较,找到最适合的建筑遮阳的温和地区的具体方法,使其达到延长建筑寿命,降低能源消耗,从而创建昆明市生态环境的可持续发展。找出最优形式之后,通过建筑物理的手段,可计算出每个日期,每个时刻活动遮阳的最优旋转角度。
[Abstract]:With the energy crisis and ecological crisis, the building provides a comfortable living environment, but also accounts for 30% of human energy consumption and the same proportion of pollution, human society is forced to enter the green building era; The rapid popularization and application of green building technology has become a top priority. Most areas of Yunnan Province are in moderate regions with developed regional economy and a long history. Because of their geographical advantages, Yunnan is an important implementation of bridgehead strategy in China. Because of the particularity of climate, the improvement of human body comfort in this area is different from that in cold area and hot summer and cold winter area. Active refrigeration is not suitable. We can only discuss this problem from the aspect of passive refrigeration. Through a large amount of data collection and sorting out the sunshade norms and standards promulgated by the state, the author finds that the research on sunshade in mild areas is quite different from other sunshade studies in other regions. Most of the available data are analyzed from the theoretical level, but lack of quantitative analysis. The author attempts to obtain more reliable and reliable data by means of quantitative means such as software analysis of climate conditions and computer software simulation. In this paper, the western facades of buildings in the moderate region of Kunming, which are most strongly exposed to solar radiation energy, are selected as the main research objects, and the residents of Kunming are investigated by questionnaire on the problems of sun exposure and sunshade. And visited many streets and alleys in Kunming City, collected and combed the sunshade facilities of Kunming city, classified the ways, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of each clear list. Through the analysis of the current global and Chinese energy sources, the current situation of shading in China and the problems existing in the application of sunshade components by domestic architects are summarized, and the development process of architectural shading from ancient to present is summarized. This paper summarizes the basic forms of architectural sunshade and its merits and demerits. On the premise of fully considering the climatic conditions, the present situation of resource and energy utilization and the existing problems, the paper simulates the reappearance of various sunshade methods through quantitative model simulation. Through the horizontal and vertical comparison, the concrete method of the most suitable moderate area of building shading can be found to prolong the building life and reduce the energy consumption, thus creating the sustainable development of the ecological environment in Kunming. After finding out the optimal form, the optimal rotation angle of each day and every moment can be calculated by means of architectural physics.
