新疆城市首位度与区域经济协调关系研究

【摘要】：城市首位度，在一定程度上代表了城镇体系中的城市发展在最大城市的集中程度，作为衡量一个地区城市（城镇）体系是否均衡化的重要度量方法，有助于更好地应用首位分布城市发展，促进城市规模体系良性发展。本文在系统梳理国内外有关文献的基础上，以新疆干旱区绿洲城市为例，从时间和空间角度分析了新疆城市首位度变化，定量地研究1998年至2012年新疆城市人口首位度、经济首位度和社会首位度的时空变异，并在此基础上，借助主成分分析、杰斐逊法计算得出综合城市首位度。利用耦合协调度模型对新疆城市首位度与区域经济系统之间的耦合协调性进行了测算，定性与定量相结合地分析城市体系对区域经济的影响。研究得到结论：（1）1998年至2012年间，，整体上新疆综合城市首位度逐渐下降，且下降幅度较大（2012年首位度为0.28），说明新疆城市体系规模逐渐向有序方向发展；从地区角度来看，除哈密地区、喀什地区和和田地区呈现不同程度的上升趋势，其他地区首位度都有所下降。（2）绿洲城镇体系发展与区域经济协调度整体上呈现微弱的下降的态势，地区层面上，昌吉州、伊犁州直属和喀什地区的城市首位度与区域经济系统的协调性呈现大幅度的上升，一定意义上说明城市系统发展与区域经济系统之间具有较强的协调性，同步发展性较强。
[Abstract]:Urban primacy, to a certain extent, represents the degree of concentration of urban development in the largest cities in the urban system, as an important measure of whether a regional urban (urban) system is balanced or not. It is helpful to better apply the first distributed urban development and promote the benign development of urban scale system. On the basis of systematically combing the relevant literature at home and abroad, taking the oasis city in arid region of Xinjiang as an example, this paper analyzes the change of urban primacy in Xinjiang from the angle of time and space, and quantitatively studies the primacy of urban population in Xinjiang from 1998 to 2012. On the basis of the temporal and spatial variation of economic and social primacy degree, and with the aid of principal component analysis, Jefferson's method is used to calculate the comprehensive urban primacy degree. The coupling coordination between the first degree of city and the regional economic system in Xinjiang is calculated by using the coupling coordination degree model, and the influence of the urban system on the regional economy is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The conclusions are as follows: (1) from 1998 to 2012, the first degree of comprehensive cities in Xinjiang decreased gradually and decreased by a large extent (0.28 in 2012), which indicates that the scale of Xinjiang's urban system is gradually developing in an orderly direction; from a regional point of view, Except Hami region, Kashi area and Hotan area, the first degree of Oasis is decreasing in some degree. (2) the development of oasis urban system and the coordination degree of regional economy on the whole show a weak decline trend, at the regional level, In Changji Prefecture, Yili Prefecture and Kashi region, the degree of urban primacy and the coordination of regional economic system have increased by a large margin, which indicates to a certain extent that there is a strong coordination between the development of urban system and the regional economic system. Synchronous development is strong.
