浅析新常态下榆林区域经济发展对人才需求的变化趋势

【摘要】：目前,中国处于经济发展时期,同时也是关键时期。中国经济快速增长模式的诸多条件、内部环境与体系正发生一系列变化,在新的经济状态下,中国要达到经济发展方式的转型,营造新的竞争优势,对才人提出新的需求。因此,国家的发展离不开人才,而经济的转型则是对人才要求的改变。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in a period of economic development, but also a critical period. A series of changes are taking place in the internal environment and system of China's rapid economic growth model. Under the new economic conditions, China should achieve the transformation of the mode of economic development, create new competitive advantages, and put forward new demands for people. Therefore, the development of the country can not be separated from talent, and the economic transformation is the change of talent requirements.
