【摘要】：正主动融入"一带一路"战略,推动与"一带一路"沿线产能国际合作,巩固传统市场优势,扩大对"一带一路"沿线国家等新兴市场的出口。骨干企业率先在条件成熟的国家进行产能输出,鼓励骨干企业设立配套齐全的产业园区,引导中小企业抱团入园跨境发展,参与新的国际产能分工,实现产品、资本、品牌等走出去,实现引进来与走出去更好结合,推动行业外延性增长。——《中国皮革行业"十三五"发展指导意见(草案)》节选
