落实创新驱动发展战略下的高校科技体制机制改革之探索——以“北京航空航天大学”为例

【摘要】:科技创新是我国新时期发展的重要方向,沿着中国特色的自主创新之路,以创新驱动发展战略为依托,促进科技改革创新的发展。北京航空航天大学瞄准世界科技前沿,围绕国家发展战略需求,以体制机制改革为重点,以科技创新提高为突破口,积极推动产学研用融合发展的协同创新,围绕建设空天信融合特色世界一流大学的远景目标制定实施方案,致力于把科技创新优势转化为人才培养优势,把取得重大科研成果的优势转化为带动产业创新和推动社会经济发展的现实生产力,努力为国家战略性新兴产业和区域经济发展做出更新更大的贡献。
[Abstract]:Scientific and technological innovation is an important direction of the development of our country in the new period. Along the road of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics, the innovation drives the development strategy to promote the development of science and technology reform and innovation. Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics aims at the forefront of science and technology in the world, focuses on the reform of the national development strategy, focuses on the reform of the system and mechanism, and takes the improvement of scientific and technological innovation as a breakthrough to actively promote collaborative innovation in the development of integration of industry, research and research. Work out the implementation plan around the long-term goal of building a world class university with the characteristics of empty Tianxin, and devote itself to transforming the advantage of science and technology innovation into the advantage of talent training. We should turn the advantages of major scientific research achievements into the actual productive forces that drive industrial innovation and promote social and economic development, and strive to make new and greater contributions to the national strategic emerging industries and regional economic development.
