大学生创业导向的高校协同机制构建研究

【摘要】：近年来,大学生就业难、就业压力大的问题普遍存在。越来越多的大学生选择了自主创业。但由于我国自主创业还在起步阶段,实际创业成功率仍较低。如今,在校大学生创业不仅仅需要高校相关教师的指导,更需要政府、相关企业提供更多的帮扶。将创业看作一个系统,构建协同机制,实现个人、高校、政府、企业这四个主体间的协同合作和资源整合,可以更好地为大学生创业提供引导与支持。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the university student employment difficulty, the employment pressure big question generally exists. More and more college students choose to start their own businesses. However, the actual success rate of entrepreneurship is still low due to the fact that our country is still in the initial stage. Nowadays, college students need not only the guidance of teachers, but also the government and enterprises to provide more help. Taking entrepreneurship as a system, constructing a cooperative mechanism, and realizing the cooperation and resource integration among the four main bodies: individual, university, government and enterprise, can provide better guidance and support for college students' entrepreneurship.
