基于生命周期视角的北辰区民营企业发展的研究

【摘要】：民营企业自改革开放以来成为推动我国经济发展的主要动力之一,它从一个补充经济发展的地位逐步转变成市场经济中最富活力的主体。天津市北辰区位于天津北部,以生物制药、特色农业、新能源材料等行业为支撑,民营企业的发展更是迅速,但企业生长平均寿命却只有三四年。为什么会产生这种现象?基于实际调查方法,本文试图找到产生这些企业生命期短的社会原因,即系统分析北辰区民营企业生命周期的特征,指出每个生命周期容易出现的问题及解决办法,提出延长民营企业生命周期的建议和对策,从而政府通过各种政策方法指导民营企业健康成长。首先,本文对民营企业发展的社会背景与选题意义以及该领域的研究成果、使用的方法以及相关重要文献进行了梳理;并对民营企业、生命周期的概念进行了定义;并将民营企业生命周期阶段划分为四个阶段,并分析了四个阶段的特征、存在问题及解决对策。其次,本文通过数据和图表对北辰区民营企业的生命周期现状进行了分析,发现了一种普遍的现象,即北辰区民营企业数量快速增长,但普遍生命周期较短。为什么会产生这种现象?本文分析了影响民营企业生命周期的核心因素,即产业生命周期与产品生命周期是企业生命期的表现形式,其根本原因:企业的组织结构、治理机制、企业文化与企业家精神是产生问题的根本原因。最后,政府与企业之间存在着复杂的社会关系。在一定区域经济发展中,政府有效提升区域经济的公共服务,包括政策、公共创新平台、金融政策以及各种优惠政策等对企业发展具有重要的促进作用。因此,从政府引导与促进民营企业发展的角度,本文提出了一些相关的公共政策,包括促进产业类型的升级、产品创新、吸引人才、提高融资能力与提升管理能力等方面延长北辰区民营企业生命周期的方法。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, private enterprises have become one of the main driving forces to promote the economic development of our country, which has gradually changed from a supplementary position of economic development to the most dynamic subject in the market economy. Beichen District of Tianjin is located in the north of Tianjin, supported by biopharmaceutical, characteristic agriculture, new energy materials and other industries. The development of private enterprises is even more rapid, but the average life span of enterprises is only three or four years. Why is this happening? Based on the practical investigation method, this paper tries to find out the social reasons for the short life span of these enterprises, that is, to analyze the characteristics of the life cycle of the private enterprises in Beichen District, and to point out the problems and solutions that are easy to occur in each life cycle. This paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to prolong the life cycle of private enterprises, so that the government can guide the healthy growth of private enterprises through various policies and methods. First of all, this paper reviews the social background and significance of the development of private enterprises, the research results in this field, the methods used and the relevant important literature, and defines the concept of private enterprises, life cycle, and so on. The life cycle stage of private enterprises is divided into four stages, and the characteristics, problems and solutions of the four stages are analyzed. Secondly, this paper analyzes the current life cycle situation of private enterprises in Beichen district through data and charts, and finds a common phenomenon, that is, the number of private enterprises in Beichen district grows rapidly, but the universal life cycle is shorter. Why is this happening? This paper analyzes the core factors that affect the life cycle of private enterprises, that is, the industrial life cycle and the product life cycle are the manifestations of the enterprise life cycle. The fundamental reasons are: the organization structure of the enterprise, the governance mechanism, and so on. Corporate culture and entrepreneurship are the root causes of the problems. Finally, there is a complex social relationship between the government and enterprises. In the development of regional economy, the government effectively promotes the public services of regional economy, including policies, public innovation platforms, financial policies and various preferential policies, which play an important role in promoting the development of enterprises. Therefore, from the perspective of government guiding and promoting the development of private enterprises, this paper puts forward some relevant public policies, including promoting the upgrading of industrial types, product innovation, attracting talents, The methods of prolonging the life cycle of private enterprises in Beichen district are to improve the financing ability and management ability.
