会计师事务所审计收费探析

【摘要】：正审计收费作为被审计单位和会计师事务所之间的经济联系,受到了各方的广泛关注。证券市场各参与主体可通过了解审计收费增进对审计服务市场的认识,政府部门则可通过了解审计收费加强对企业和审计师行业的监管。2010年,国家发展改革委和财政部联合发布了《会计师事务所服务收费管理办法》,中国注册会计师协会也于2012发布了《关于坚决打击和治理注册会计师行业不正当低价竞争行为的通知》,来规范我国会计师事务所的审计收费,但这些文件的出台,也从侧面反映出我国的审计收费现状不容
[Abstract]:As the economic connection between the audited unit and the accounting firm, the current audit fee has received extensive attention from all sides. The participants in the securities market can enhance their understanding of the audit service market by understanding the audit fee. Government departments can strengthen the supervision of enterprises and the auditor industry by understanding audit fees. In 2010, The State Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the measures for the Administration of fees and charges for the Service of Accounting firms. The China Institute of Certified Public Accountants also issued in 2012 a draft on resolutely cracking down and managing the unfair and low price competition in the CPA industry. Notice of competitive behavior. "to standardize the audit fees of accounting firms in China." However, the introduction of these documents also reflects that the current situation of audit fees in China is not acceptable.
