【摘要】:近年来,受国内外宏观经济形势持续下滑以及传统企业国有产权交易业务日益萎缩的影响,从全国范围看,产权市场传统业务比重持续下滑,各产权交易机构面临着发展空间压缩、市场效应减弱、改革创新疲软的考验。但是,在山东省国资委的领导与支持下,山东产权交易中心作为山东省唯一经国务院国资委备案的企业国有产权交易大平台,却实现了持续快速发展。但是,面对经济结构战略性调整的大背景,山东产权交易中心要想进一步实现可持续的科学发展、快速发展,要想在全国保持并实现自身地位的进一步提升,必须从战略高度探讨推动产权市场的经营结构调整与转型升级,加快业务种类创新,探索产权市场改革和发展的新思路、新模式,这也是本论文研究的契机。 本文以山东产权交易中心为研究对象,在对我国产权市场发展历程、职能定位分析的基础上,设计调查问卷,,分析山东产权市场发展存在的问题及原因;借鉴战略管理相关理论,分析山东产权交易中心发展面临的外部机遇与挑战及内部优势与劣势,认为总体来看山东产权交易中心具有外部机遇及内部优势,适合采用增长型战略;结合问卷调查及SWOT分析结果,论文提出交易中心应选择发展型战略,需要在业务创新、市场营销、企业服务、市场品牌、企业文化等方面选择相应战略,整体提升交易中心核心竞争力;并通过借鉴我国其他省市在产权市场建设发展过程中的经验做法,提出山东产权交易中心做好服务升级的对策建议,从而为进一步深化我国资本市场建设提供理论依据与政策借鉴。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the decline of macroeconomic situation at home and abroad and the shrinking of state-owned property rights trading business of traditional enterprises, the proportion of traditional business in the property rights market continues to decline from a nationwide perspective. Property rights trading institutions are faced with the development of space compression, market effect weakened, weak reform and innovation test. However, under the leadership and support of Shandong SASAC. Shandong property Rights Exchange Center, as the only state-owned property exchange platform of Shandong Province recorded by SASAC of the State Council, has achieved sustained and rapid development. However, it faces the background of strategic adjustment of economic structure. Shandong property rights trading center wants to further realize sustainable scientific development, rapid development, want to maintain and achieve its status in the country to further enhance. It is necessary to promote the adjustment and upgrading of the management structure of the property rights market from a strategic perspective, accelerate the innovation of business types, and explore new ideas and new models for the reform and development of the property rights market. This is also the opportunity for this paper to study. This article takes Shandong property right transaction center as the research object, on the basis of analyzing the development course and function orientation of the property right market of our country, designs the questionnaire, analyzes the existing problems and the reason of the Shandong property right market development; Based on the theory of strategic management, this paper analyzes the external opportunities and challenges and internal advantages and disadvantages of Shandong property rights trading center, and thinks that Shandong property right transaction center has external opportunities and internal advantages. Suitable for the use of growth strategy; Combined with the results of questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis, the paper puts forward that the trading center should choose the developmental strategy, and should choose the corresponding strategy in the aspects of business innovation, marketing, enterprise service, market brand, corporate culture and so on. Enhance the core competitiveness of the trading center as a whole; And through drawing lessons from the experience of other provinces and cities in the process of property rights market construction and development, put forward the Shandong property rights trading center to do a good job of service upgrading countermeasures and suggestions. So as to further deepen the construction of the capital market in China to provide theoretical basis and policy reference.
