【摘要】：风险投资是资本市场的重要组成部分，更是一个成熟金融市场不可缺少的一部分，并且具有不可替代性。 1985年，风险投资（Venture capital）这一概念正式进入国家政策视野.1997年底，国家风险投资机制研究课题组探索建立风险投资体制，2000年,我国风险投资研究逐步兴起。风险投资更多地是作为一种培育新兴产业、提高国家的科技创新能力的鼓励机制。我国风险投资的产生发展明显地呈现出政府推动的特征。深圳曾是我国最早的风险投资中心，但北京与上海这两大城市的风险投资行业不断发展，逐渐超过了深圳，并成为新兴的两大风险投资地区。国内外风险投资者对投资区域都各有侧重。我国风险投资主要投资行业有互联网，软件、电子、通信等。慢慢发展也加入一些高新技术的产业，如节能环保、医药保健、生物科学等方面。风险投资也由政府直接引导转向政府直接和间接引导并用的方式。本论文的重点是研究我国国家政策制度对风险投资行业的经济增长，投资区域格局及投资产业结构带来的影响及变化。以史为鉴，，来研究最近几年风险投资的发展，并结合数据与实证，分析近几年风险投资行业各项数据的变化。中国政府在中国经济发展投资体制的改革中起到了非常重要的作用，近20多年以来，政策制度的改变对我国风险投资行业产生着巨大影响，直接影响其增长速度和波动趋势。大力发展中国风险投资业，能够促进科技成果的转化，必将为我国带来极大的经济效益。
[Abstract]:Venture capital is an important part of capital market and an indispensable part of mature financial market. In 1985, the concept of venture capital investment formally entered the national policy vision. The end of 1997. In 2000, the research on venture capital in China gradually rose. Venture capital is more as a new industry. The emergence and development of venture capital in our country obviously show the characteristics of government promotion. Shenzhen was the earliest venture capital center in our country, but the venture capital industry of Beijing and Shanghai has been developing continuously, and gradually surpassing Shenzhen. And become a new two major venture capital regions. Domestic and foreign venture investors have their own focus on investment areas. China's venture capital investment industry mainly Internet, software, electronics. Slowly developing some high-tech industries, such as energy saving, environmental protection, medicine and health care, biological science, etc. Venture capital has also been directly guided by the government to the way of direct and indirect government guidance. The focus of this paper is to study the impact and changes of China's national policy system on the economic growth of venture capital industry, investment regional pattern and investment industrial structure. To study the development of venture capital in recent years, and combined with the data and empirical analysis in recent years, the changes of venture capital industry data. The Chinese government has played a very important role in the reform of the investment system of China's economic development. In the past 20 years, the change of the policy system has had a great impact on the venture capital industry in China. The development of venture capital industry in China can promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and will bring great economic benefits to our country.
