【摘要】:随着人们生活水平的提高、消费观念的转变和需求层次的提升,更是对自身生命安全的游泳教学质量问题越来越关注。游泳是大众最热爱的运动项目之一,也是一种有利于身心健康的运动医疗手段,更是一项在危险来临时重要的生存技能。在高校的体育教学中,游泳是在所有体育项目中形势最不乐观的运动,困难较多并且最滞后的一项课程。虽然现在很多学生关注游泳而且非常喜欢游泳,但是却不会游泳,如果要想改变此类状况,那就必须要放弃传统的游泳教学观念,改善当前游泳教学的指导思想,明确游泳教学的目的,提高教学的管理质量,帮助学生学习游泳理论并充分掌握游泳技术的教学方法。选择最适合游泳教学的模式,放弃主要为竞技游泳的教学理念,推出能减短教学时数、遵循认知规律并能让学生受益终身的内容,从而带动学生参与的积极性和主动性,提高游泳教学的教学质量。沈阳绿城“海豚计划”项目是沈阳绿城地产对绿城全运村业主的儿童进行的为期42天的免费游泳教学培训,希望学员在培训过程中能够有所收获,希望业主能够对绿城全运村物业的服务感到满意。绿城物业联合喜来登,金海豚游泳培训团队共同进行了绿城“海豚计划”项目。本文以沈阳绿城“海豚计划”项目教学质量管理为研究内容,运用了文献资料法、案例分析法、访谈法、数理统计法等方法对绿城“海豚计划”项目进行分析,使研究具体化,并得到的结论如下:第一,沈阳绿城“海豚计划”项目建立了初步的质量监督管理体系,但是管理体系较为简单,缺乏质量的监督管理的具体制度,造成在管理上有些漏洞;第二,沈阳绿城“海豚计划”项目初步建立了质量评价体系,但是评价体系较为笼统,较为单一,在操作中并不能全面反应学员的学习情况;第三,沈阳绿城“海豚计划”项目缺乏协调沟通机制,对于突发事件的处理上反映不够迅速;第四,沈阳绿城“海豚计划”项目对应急措施重视不够,应急措施的宣传与管理存在一定程度的失误;针对结论分析提出几点建议:第一,沈阳绿城“海豚计划”项目应该在原有的质量管理监督体系上进行细化,将监督管理体系落实在制度层面。第二,沈阳绿城“海豚计划”应该建立教学质量和服务质量两方面的服务体系,并且应该细化服务体系的评价标准。第三,沈阳绿城全运村应该改建立沟通机制,细化沟通流程,明确个人分工职责。第四,沈阳绿城“海豚计划”项目中各领导应该重视应急措施的宣传与落实工作,应该将应急措施细化到每个工作者的日常工作中。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard, the change of consumption concept and the improvement of demand level, more and more attention has been paid to the safety of swimming teaching. Swimming is one of the most popular sports. It is also a kind of physical and mental health sports medical means, but also an important survival skills in the coming of danger. Swimming is the least optimistic sport in all sports events in the physical education of colleges and universities. One of the most difficult and lagging courses. Although many students are now focused on swimming and enjoy swimming very much, they can't swim if they want to change the situation. Therefore, we must give up the traditional swimming teaching concept, improve the guiding ideology of the current swimming teaching, clarify the purpose of swimming teaching, and improve the management quality of the teaching. To help students learn swimming theory and fully master the teaching methods of swimming technology, choose the most suitable model for swimming teaching, give up the teaching concept mainly for competitive swimming, and introduce the teaching hours can be reduced. Following the rules of cognition and enabling students to benefit from lifelong content, thereby driving students to participate in the enthusiasm and initiative. Improve the teaching quality of swimming. Shenyang Green City "Dolphin Project" is a 42-day free swimming teaching training program for the children of the owners of the Green City Village in Shenyang Green City Real Estate. Hope that the trainees in the process of training can gain some hope that the owners can be satisfied with the services of the Green City Village property. Green City property United Sheraton. This paper takes the Shenyang Green City "Dolphin Plan" project teaching quality management as the research content, uses the literature method, the case analysis method. Interviews, mathematical statistics and other methods to analyze the Green City "Dolphin Project" project, make the study specific, and the conclusions are as follows: first. Shenyang Green City "Dolphin Plan" project established a preliminary quality supervision and management system, but the management system is relatively simple, lack of quality supervision and management of the specific system, resulting in some loopholes in the management; Second, Shenyang Green City "Dolphin Plan" project initially established a quality evaluation system, but the evaluation system is relatively general, relatively single, in the operation can not fully reflect the students' learning situation; Third, Shenyang Green City "Dolphin Plan" lack of coordination and communication mechanism, the emergency response is not fast enough; In 4th, the "Dolphin Plan" of Shenyang Green City did not pay enough attention to emergency measures, and there were some mistakes in the propaganda and management of emergency measures. In view of the conclusion analysis put forward several suggestions: first, Shenyang Green City "Dolphin Project" project should be refined in the original quality management supervision system, the supervision and management system will be implemented in the system level. Second. Shenyang Green City "Dolphin Plan" should establish two aspects of teaching quality and service quality service system, and should refine the evaluation criteria of the service system. Third, Shenyang Green City whole Village should change to establish a communication mechanism. Detailed communication process, clear personal division of responsibilities. 4th, Shenyang Green City "Dolphin Plan" project leaders should attach importance to the emergency measures of publicity and implementation work. Emergency measures should be refined into the daily work of each worker.
