【摘要】：正近年来,在我国经济发展进入新常态,转型升级机遇与压力并存的新形势下,浙江省顺势而为,率先行动,积极发挥资本市场大省优势,重点推进以上市公司为主体的并购重组,逐步摸索出一条依托上市公司并购重组推动经济转型升级的新路子。浙江上市公司并购重组呈现新特点、新趋势截至2016年底,浙江省共有上市公司411家,其中境内A股329家,境外82家。A股上市公司家数占全国的12.7%,居全国第二位。在政府外力引导和企业内生需求的双重驱动下,全省上市公司掀起了市场化并购重组热潮,呈现出五个特点。

The dual drive demand in government and enterprise external guide in the province, listed companies set off mergers and acquisitions market boom, showing five characteristics.
