我国信托业与区域经济发展互动关系研究

【摘要】：近几年来，中国的信托行业发展十分迅速，已跃居成为金融行业第二大经济体。信托公司的综合实力显著提升，也极大的提升了信托服务区域经济的实力，能够在当前宏观政策下发挥自身独特的优势，充分把握产业结构调整，有针对性的对各产业、企业提供综合的金融服务来积极促进中国经济结构的转型。而随着政府提出加大城镇化力度，区域经济的发展也成为越来越多人关心的问题。本文试图寻找分析信托行业与区域经济发展之间存在的关系。本文研究的方法主要是定性分析和定量分析相结合。本文先从信托业作用于区域经济的路径来分析信托业对区域经济的促进作用。信托财产具有高效性，信托能够拓宽区域内的融资渠道，可以促进区域内的投资，推动区域内的公共事业，丰富区域内的金融服务，促进区域内产业与金融的相融合，吸引外资，促进区域内的信用体系建设，盘活国有资本等等，通过这些路径阐明了信托是如何作用于区域经济的。文章还分析说明了信托促进区域经济有哪些特点和要素，并举例说明天津信托和中原信托如何作用当地经济的发展。实证部分，首先分析了东中西部地区信托业发展的差异性，得出信托行业的发展也存在区域内的“极差”现象，东部地区的信托业发展水平明显高于中部和西部地区，这与东中西部的区域经济发展水平基本相一致；然后通过分析了26个省份的区域经济指标和当地信托指标之间的相关性，得出了人均GDP、人均可支配收入和城镇居民储蓄余额与新增信托资产和信托业务收入均呈现高度正相关的关系；再以云南省为例，运用向量误差修正模型分析了云南省GDP与信托贷款规模之间的关系，得出结论，云南省内信托贷款规模与区域GDP季度环比增长率之间具有长期稳定的均衡关系，区域经济与信托贷款规模的扩张速度的均值变化的方向相同，即信托业务的开展情况和区域经济的运行在长期具有协同性和趋同性，信托贷款规模的扩张会导致区域经济的扩张，即云南省内信托业务的发展对云南省经济的增长具有促进作用。最后，就得出的结论，从两方面提出了解决方案，一是进一步优化信托促进区域经济发展，可以通过加强投入区域内基础设施建设的信托资金，加强信托资金投入民营企业，扶植其发展，，合理安排信托资金进入房地产企业，加速信托产品创新，以配合区域经济发展等途径；二是完善信托业本身的发展以更好的促进区域经济的发展，比如完善监管政策和法律制度等。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the trust industry in China has developed very rapidly, and has become the second largest economy in the financial industry. The comprehensive strength of the trust companies has improved significantly, and the regional economic strength of trust services has also been greatly enhanced. Can give play to its own unique advantages under the current macro policy, fully grasp the industrial structure adjustment, targeted to the various industries. Enterprises provide comprehensive financial services to actively promote the transformation of China's economic structure. The development of regional economy has also become an issue of concern to more and more people. This paper tries to find out the relationship between trust industry and regional economic development. This article mainly studies the method is the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis unifies. This article first from the trust industry action to the regional economy path to analyze the trust industry to the regional economy promotion function. The trust property has the high efficiency. Trust can broaden the financing channels in the region, can promote the investment in the region, promote the public utility in the region, enrich the financial services in the region, promote the integration of industry and finance in the region, attract foreign capital. In order to promote the construction of regional credit system, activate the state-owned capital and so on, this paper explains how the trust acts on the regional economy through these paths. The article also analyzes the characteristics and elements of trust to promote the regional economy. Examples are given to illustrate how Tianjin Trust and Central Plains Trust play a role in the development of local economy. In the empirical part, the paper first analyzes the difference of trust industry development in the east, middle and west regions, and draws the conclusion that the development of trust industry also exists "extremely bad" phenomenon in the region. The development level of trust industry in the eastern region is obviously higher than that in the central and western regions, which is basically consistent with the level of regional economic development in the eastern, central and western regions. Then, by analyzing the correlation between regional economic indicators and local trust indicators in 26 provinces, the per capita GDP is obtained. There is a highly positive correlation between the per capita disposable income and the savings balance of urban residents and the new trust assets and trust business income. Then take Yunnan Province as an example, using vector error correction model to analyze the relationship between GDP and trust loan scale in Yunnan Province, and draw a conclusion. There is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between the scale of trust loans and the quarterly growth rate of regional GDP in Yunnan Province, and the average change direction of the regional economy and the expansion rate of trust loan scale is the same. That is, the development of trust business and the operation of regional economy have long-term synergy and convergence, and the expansion of trust loan scale will lead to the expansion of regional economy. That is, the development of trust business in Yunnan Province to promote economic growth in Yunnan Province. Finally, on the conclusion, from two aspects proposed solutions, one is to further optimize the trust to promote regional economic development, we can strengthen investment in regional infrastructure construction trust funds. Strengthening the investment of trust funds into private enterprises, fostering their development, rationally arranging trust funds into real estate enterprises, speeding up the innovation of trust products, and so on, in order to cooperate with the development of regional economy. The second is to perfect the trust industry itself to promote the development of regional economy, such as improving the regulatory policy and legal system.
