土地市场与房地产市场关系的研究

【摘要】:当前,在市场经济环境下,我国房地产市场不断趋于成熟,且取得了较大的发展,然而,纵观我国房地产资源的配置,依然以政府为主导,其市场还很不规范化。如果投资增长过快,很容易引起市场的失衡,并促使房地产价格增长过快,房价居高不下等。在这种情况下,不仅浪费了房地产资源,还会给居民的生活、工作带来很大压力。鉴于此,本文在参考相关文献资料的基础上,结合多年的个工作经验,对土地市场与房地产市场的关系进行分析、研究,最后提出可行性的建议和意见。
[Abstract]:At present, under the environment of market economy, the real estate market of our country has been maturing and has made great progress. However, the allocation of real estate resources in our country is still dominated by the government. If the investment growth is too fast, it will easily cause the market imbalance, and promote the real estate prices to grow too fast, house prices remain high. In this case, not only the real estate resources, but also the real estate resources are wasted. It will also bring great pressure to the residents' life and work. In view of this, this article, on the basis of reference to relevant literature and materials, combined with years of work experience, analyzes and studies the relationship between the land market and the real estate market. Finally, suggestions and suggestions on feasibility are put forward.
