我国房地产企业融资现状分析与风险防控对策

【摘要】:房地产业已经成为国民经济的支柱产业,在现代社会经济生活占有举足轻重的作用。房地产业关联度高,能带动相关行业的大力发展。然而房地产开发项目规模大,周期长、房地产价值高等特点,使得房地产企业需要庞大的资金支持,可见资金融通在房地产发展中具有重要作用。但目前,我国房地产金融市场的发展速度却极其缓慢,加之其对市场依赖性高,,发展滞后的融资市场必然会危及房地产企业的持续、健康、稳定发展。因此,只有进行有效的资金融通、降低融资风险,才能提高房地产开发企业在未来市场中的竞争力。
[Abstract]:The real estate industry has become the pillar industry of the national economy and plays an important role in the modern social and economic life. The real estate industry has a high degree of correlation and can promote the vigorous development of the related industries. However, the real estate development project has a large scale and a long period. The high value of real estate makes real estate enterprises need huge capital support, so it can be seen that capital financing plays an important role in the development of real estate. But at present, the development of real estate financial market in our country is extremely slow. Coupled with its high dependence on the market, the lagged financing market will inevitably endanger the sustained, healthy and stable development of real estate enterprises. In order to improve the competitiveness of real estate development enterprises in the future market.
