B银行云南分行对公信贷业务开拓策略研究

【摘要】:目前,国内金融市场发展迅速,大量企业通过发行股票和企业债券等方式进行融资,它们的融资渠道在不断拓宽。“金融脱媒”现象日渐突出,企业对银行的贡献度在逐步下降,致使银行对公信贷业务盈利空间减小。 近年来,云南省内各商业银行为了适应市场需求,提升市场核心竞争力,不断进行金融创新,纷纷推出新型对公信贷产品。同时,省内股份制商业银行不断崛起和一批外资银行的涌入,让云南省商业银行格局发生了改变,对公信贷业务市场的竞争也愈发激烈。因此,每个商业银行要在对公信贷业务市场竞争中立足,都面临着对公信贷业务市场开拓的问题。 本文以B银行云南省分行为例,对其对公信贷业务市场开拓进行研究。随着宏观政策、经营环境、监管要求等的变化,B银行云南省分行突显出对公信贷业务方面的诸多不足,比如:客户结构不合理、信贷产品集中度过高、缺乏市场开拓专业人才等等。为有效地管理风险、更好地在“十二五”期间实现对公信贷业务的健康快速发展,本文从B银行云南分行对公信贷业务现状与存在问题着手,分析B银行云南分行对公信贷业务的市场环境及制约因素,针对存在问题及制约因素,探索开拓和优化B银行云南省分行对公信贷业务的策略及措施。 本文旨在对B银行云南分行对公信贷业务开拓进行研究,提出符合B银行云南分行现状,且具有可操作性的建议和策略。这些策略和建议若能被该银行采纳,希望能帮助B银行云南分行开拓其对公信贷业务,提升该银行在信贷市场中的竞争力,从而使B银行云南分行达到获取更大经济利润的目的,能为云南经济繁荣发展尽到微薄之力。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of domestic financial markets, a large number of enterprises are financing by issuing stocks and corporate bonds. Their financing channels are continuously broadened. The phenomenon of "financial disintermediation" is becoming increasingly prominent, and the contribution of enterprises to banks is gradually declining. Cause the bank to the public credit business profit space reduces. In recent years, in order to meet the needs of the market, enhance the core competitiveness of the market and continuously carry out financial innovation, commercial banks in Yunnan Province have introduced new types of credit products to the public. At the same time, With the rising of joint-stock commercial banks and the influx of foreign banks in Yunnan Province, the pattern of commercial banks in Yunnan Province has changed, and the competition for the public credit business market has become increasingly fierce. Every commercial bank wants to base itself in the market competition of public credit business, it is faced with the problem of opening up the market of public credit business. This paper takes the Yunnan Branch of Bank B as an example to study the development of public credit business market. With the change of macro policy, business environment, supervision requirements and so on, the Yunnan Branch of B Bank has highlighted many shortcomings in the business of public credit. For example, the customer structure is unreasonable, the concentration of credit products is too high, and there is a lack of market development professionals, etc. In order to effectively manage risks, we can better realize the healthy and rapid development of public credit business during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. This paper begins with the present situation and existing problems of Yunnan Branch of B Bank, analyzes the market environment and restrictive factors of B Bank Yunnan Branch on public credit business, aiming at the existing problems and restricting factors. To explore and optimize the B Bank Yunnan Branch to the public credit business strategy and measures. The purpose of this paper is to study the development of public credit business in Yunnan Branch of Bank B, and put forward some feasible suggestions and strategies according to the present situation of Yunnan Branch of Bank B. if these strategies and suggestions can be adopted by the bank, It is hoped that it will help the Yunnan Branch of Bank B to expand its public credit business and enhance the competitiveness of the bank in the credit market, thereby enabling the Yunnan Branch of Bank B to achieve greater economic profits. Yunnan can contribute to economic prosperity and development to a modest extent.
