【摘要】：正2016年,保险资金在资本市场屡掀波澜、频频举牌上市公司,从万科到南玻,再到中国建筑和格力电器,险资所到之处引发市场震动。对于险资在股市"快进快出"的投机行为,以及举牌乱象背后的杠杆收购,监管层措辞严厉,出台了一系列针对性措施。这意味着险资举牌将面临更为严厉的监管,同时万能险无序发展态势也将宣告结束。
[Abstract]:In 2016, insurance funds repeatedly stirred waves in the capital market, frequently raising the names of listed companies, from Vanke to Nambo, to Chinese construction and Gree electrical appliances, causing market tremors wherever the insurance funds went.Regulators have sharply worded a series of targeted measures against speculative "fast-in and fast-out" speculation in the stock market and the leveraged buyouts behind the chaos.That would mean tougher regulation and an end to the disorderly development of universal insurance.
