中国与法国农业保险发展的差距及其政策选择

【摘要】：自2007年中央财政实施农业保险保费补贴政策以来,我国农业保险发展迅速,服务"三农"能力显著增强。随着我国"十三五"规划的实施,农业保险如何更好地服务我国农业现代化和农村发展战略日益成为保险业界需要认真思考和积极探索的话题。法国农业保险历史发展悠久、经营技术成熟、经营管理水平很高,尤其是农业相互制保险发展的极有特色,借鉴法国经验,无疑是有效路径之一。
[Abstract]:Since the central government implemented the policy of agricultural insurance premium subsidy in 2007, agricultural insurance in China has developed rapidly, and the ability of serving agriculture, rural areas and farmers has been greatly enhanced. With the implementation of the 13th Five-Year Plan of our country, how to better serve the agricultural modernization and rural development strategy of our country has increasingly become a topic of serious consideration and active exploration in the insurance industry. French agricultural insurance has a long history of development, mature management technology and high level of management. Especially, the development of agricultural mutual insurance has its own characteristics. It is undoubtedly one of the effective ways to learn from the experience of France.
