养老地产项目开发风险及对策

【摘要】：养老地产作为一种带有福利性质的新兴地产类型,其项目开发目前仍处于探索阶段,并不成熟。通过对养老地产项目开发过程中投资决策、设计施工、销售运营三个阶段面临的风险进行深入分析,结合分析所得出的结果最终制定出与各阶段风险相对应的规避对策,其主要目的在于为房地产企业的养老地产开发提供指导作用,同时也可为解决我国日益严峻的养老问题贡献力量。
[Abstract]:Pension real estate as a new type of property with welfare, its project development is still in the exploration stage, immature. Through the deep analysis of the investment decision, design and construction, sale and operation risk in the development process of the pension real estate project, combined with the result of the analysis, the corresponding countermeasures of avoiding the risk in each stage are worked out. The main purpose of this paper is to provide guidance for the development of pension real estate in real estate enterprises, and also to contribute to the solution of the increasingly serious pension problems in China.
