发达国家社会剩余资金引入投资运作模式及启示

【摘要】：社会剩余资金遍及各阶层、多区域,该文研究社会剩余资金引入投资的必然性与经济性;归纳并比对了各发达国家社会剩余资金投资的具体运作模式以及监督等外部作用因素;在比较分析基础上认为:(1)特定的社会文化和经济体制造就了不同的社会剩余资金融资机构,进而决定了这些机构的运作特点;(2)政府和融资机构之间的互动,进而导致各方利益得以均衡;(3)对于当今的中国,社会剩余资金引入投资必须动员行业乃至社会力量参与。
[Abstract]:The paper studies the inevitability and economy of the introduction of social surplus fund into investment, summarizes and compares the concrete operation mode of social surplus fund investment in developed countries and the external factors such as supervision and so on. On the basis of comparative analysis, it is concluded that the specific sociocultural and economic systems have created different social surplus financing institutions, which in turn determine the operational characteristics of these institutions and the interaction between the government and the financing institutions. Thus, the interests of all parties can be balanced) in China today, the investment of social surplus funds must mobilize the participation of industry and even social forces.
