董事长特征、投资行为与公司财务弹性

【摘要】：为了研究董事长特征、投资行为与公司财务弹性的关系,选取2010~2014年我国沪深两市全部非国有控股上市公司作为研究样本,通过Logistic模型回归、多元线性回归和岭回归等方法实证检验三者之间的关系。研究结果显示:董事长特征与投资行为显著相关,其中董事长的学历与投资行为显著负相关,董事长的任期与投资行为显著正相关;投资行为与公司财务弹性呈负相关关系;董事长特征与公司财务弹性显著相关,其中董事长的学历与公司财务弹性显著正相关,董事长的任期与公司财务弹性显著负相关。但董事长性别与年龄对投资行为及公司财务弹性的影响均不显著。
[Abstract]:In order to study the relationship between the characteristics of chairman, the relationship between investment behavior and financial elasticity, all non-state-owned holding listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2010 to 2014 were selected as the research samples, and the regression was made by Logistic model. Multiple linear regression and ridge regression are used to test the relationship between them. The results show that the characteristics of the chairman are significantly correlated with the investment behavior, in which the educational background of the chairman is negatively correlated with the investment behavior, the tenure of the chairman is significantly positively correlated with the investment behavior, and the investment behavior is negatively correlated with the financial elasticity of the company. The characteristics of the chairman are significantly correlated with the financial elasticity of the company, in which the academic background of the chairman is positively correlated with the financial elasticity of the company, and the tenure of the chairman is negatively correlated with the financial elasticity of the company. However, the influence of gender and age of chairman on investment behavior and financial elasticity is not significant.
