基于胜任力模型的物业招聘网在线求职系统研究

【摘要】:随着互联网的普及,各大招聘网站风起云涌,竞争激烈,超越竞争的手段是找到细分市场—做行业类细分招聘网站。物业管理行业在转型升级阶段需要大量高素质人才,如何选拔物业管理人才是企业遇到的难题,传统的人才选拔注重求职者的经验、知识、技能,而忽略不易观察的素质、个性、动机、价值观等方面的评估指标。于是,本文基于不同岗位的物业管理从业人员胜任力的差异,构建物业管理不同岗位的胜任力模型,然后设计及开发物业招聘网在线求职系统。 本文首先总结了物业管理行业人才现状、物业求职者面临的困境、国内外网络招聘现状、物业管理行业网络招聘现状、胜任力内涵、胜任力模型理论、胜任特征词典、构建胜任力模型过程、典型的胜任力模型冰山模型及洋葱模型、胜任力在员工招聘工作中的应用研究。 然后根据物业管理行业及工作性质对物业管理岗位进行划分,划分为管理类、策划类、服务类、操作类岗位;通过文献分析法、行为事件访谈法,总结出胜任工作所需的素质;编制调查问卷,发放调查问卷收集数据,对这些数据进行简单的描述统计,不同婚姻状况、不同工作年限、不同职位工作人员的差异,不同岗位人员所需胜任力频次统计;对数据进行信度检验、KMO样本测度和Bartlett检验,采用SPSS软件进行因子分析,找出哪些素质是核心能力和通用能力。 再次根据能力素质提炼的结果,构建物业管理人员胜任特征模型、胜任力词典,该模型包括核心特征素质和四类岗位的通用特征素质。根据物业管理人员胜任特征指标设计简历系统,简历模板分为在线填写简历和视频简历两种,在线填写的简历包括基本信息、求职意愿、技能特长、教育经历、工作经历、上传作品、回答开放问题。 最后基于tomcat服务器、My Eclipse开发平台、My SQL数据库,Java程序开发语言开发物业招聘网在线求职系统,包括简历管理和在线搜索两大块主要功能,实现将E-Recruiting这一新型招聘模式引入物业管理行业,为企业和人才之间搭建一个高效沟通的平台。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of the Internet, the major recruitment websites surge, fierce competition, the means to exceed the competition is to find a subdivision of the market-to do industry subdivision recruitment website. Property management industry needs a large number of high-quality talents in the stage of transformation and upgrading. How to select property management talents is a difficult problem for enterprises. Traditional talent selection pays attention to the experience, knowledge and skills of job seekers, while neglecting the quality that is not easy to observe. Personality, motivation, values and other evaluation indicators. Therefore, based on the difference of competency of property management practitioners in different positions, this paper constructs the competency model of different positions of property management, and then designs and develops the online job search system of property recruitment network. This paper first summarizes the current situation of property management industry talent, the plight of property job-seekers, the current situation of domestic and foreign network recruitment, the current situation of property management industry online recruitment, competency connotation, competency model theory, competency dictionary. The process of constructing competency model, typical competency model, iceberg model and onion model, and the application of competency in employee recruitment. Then according to the property management industry and the nature of the property management posts are divided into management, planning, service, operational posts, through the literature analysis, behavior event interviews, summed up the quality required for the job; Compile questionnaires, distribute questionnaires to collect data, and simply describe these data, different marital status, different years of work, different positions of staff differences, different posts required competency frequency statistics; The reliability of data is tested by Bartlett and Bartlett. The factor analysis is carried out by SPSS software to find out which qualities are core competence and common ability. Thirdly, according to the result of ability quality extraction, the competency model and competence dictionary of property managers are constructed. The model includes the core characteristic quality and the general characteristic quality of four kinds of posts. According to the property management personnel competency index design resume system, resume template can be divided into online resume and video resume, online resume including basic information, job-seeking willingness, skills, education experience, work experience, Upload works and answer open questions. Finally, based on the tomcat server my Eclipse development platform, my SQL database and Java program development language, the online job application system of the property recruitment network is developed, which includes two main functions: resume management and online search. E-Recruiting, a new recruitment mode, is introduced into the property management industry to build an efficient communication platform between enterprises and talents.
