【摘要】：随着企业经营理念与管理水平的不断提高，企业文化建设逐渐被越来越多的企业引入到经营管理的体系中。房地产行业是国民经济发展中不可或缺的重要行业，其企业文化建设程度成为促进和保障当下房地产企业可持续发展的关键。本文以山东北大资源地产有限公司企业文化建设发展与建设情况，提出房地产公司在企业文化建设过程中，应该贯彻“以人为本”的理念，，提高员工对于企业文化的认可；提升企业领导者自身的品质与修养水平，建立高素质的企业员工人才队伍；建立规范的企业制度，健全质量保障体系；保持企业创新活力，塑造良好团队协作精神和企业凝聚力，增强企业的发展活力；树立良好的品牌意识，打造诚信的企业形象。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of enterprise management concept and management level, enterprise culture construction is gradually introduced into the management system by more and more enterprises. Real estate industry is an indispensable and important industry in the development of national economy. The degree of enterprise culture construction has become the key to promote and guarantee the sustainable development of real estate enterprises. Based on the development and construction of enterprise culture in Shandong Beida Resource Real Estate Co., Ltd, this paper puts forward that the real estate company should carry out the idea of "people-oriented" in the process of enterprise culture construction, and enhance the staff's recognition of enterprise culture. Improve the quality and self-cultivation level of the enterprise leader, establish the high quality personnel team of the enterprise, establish the standard enterprise system, perfect the quality guarantee system, keep the innovation vigor of the enterprise, To create a good team spirit and corporate cohesion, enhance the vitality of the development of enterprises, establish a good brand awareness, to create a good corporate image.
