新三板挂牌后SKK新传媒股份有限公司多元化战略研究

【摘要】:在新三板挂牌已经成为初创公司筹集、扩大发展规模的重要渠道之一。从近几年的新三板运行实践也表明,在新三板挂牌的企业多数都获得了很好的发展。SKK公司于2014年末成功在新三板挂牌,并已经成功实现了两次融资,为公司发展注入了关键的资金资源,也开启了公司的多元化发展之路。本文则重点探讨SKK公司在新三板挂牌后的多元化发展战略,以期为公司未来发展提供更好的战略指导。首先,分析了SKK公司多元化发展现状。通过对公司多元化发展基本情况的介绍,对新三板挂牌前后SKK公司的多元化发展进行了比较分析,总结出公司在多元化发展上存在的问题,主要表现在业务多元化程度不高、业务间发展不平衡、发展资金不充足等问题上。其次,基于EFE矩阵分析法、IFE矩阵分析法,分析了新三板挂牌后SKK公司内外部发展环境,为公司制定多元化战略目标及实施措施提供了依据和决策支撑。利用AHP层次分析法,对SKK公司挂牌后的多元化发展能力进行了分析,发现SKK公司在新三板成功挂牌对公司多元化发展起到了积极作用,有利于公司未来的长远发展。最后,新三板挂牌后SKK公司多元化战略分析与实施,认为SKK公司应该积极利用新三板挂牌的机会实施公司多元化战略,其战略目标可以定位为以下四个方面:加速企业成长、利用现有资源和优势、加强核心竞争力提升、培育企业新的增长点。具体而言,在战略实施上要积极推进“四个多元化”,即产品多元化、市场多元化、区域多元化、投资多元化。本文具体分析了SKK公司的内外发展环境,新三板挂牌前后的多元化发展情况,并提出了未来多元化发展战略,对SKK公司提升战略规划能力和管理能力具有一定的指导意义,对其他新三板挂牌公司发展多元化业务具有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Listing on the new third board has become one of the most important channels for startups to raise money and expand their scale. The practice of the new third board in recent years also shows that most of the enterprises listed on the new third board have achieved very good development. SKK successfully listed in the new third board at the end of 2014, and has successfully realized two financing. For the development of the company injection of key capital resources, but also opened the diversification of the development of the road. This paper focuses on the diversified development strategy of SKK after the listing of the new third board, in order to provide better strategic guidance for the future development of the company. First of all, the paper analyzes the present situation of diversification of SKK Company. Through the introduction of the basic situation of the diversification development of the company, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the diversification development of the SKK company before and after the listing of the new third board, and summarizes the problems existing in the diversification development of the company, which is mainly manifested in the low degree of business diversification. Business development is uneven, development funds are not sufficient and other issues. Secondly, based on the EFE matrix analysis and IFE matrix analysis, this paper analyzes the internal and external development environment of SKK after the listing of the new three boards, which provides the basis and decision support for the company to formulate diversified strategic objectives and implement measures. By using AHP analytic hierarchy process, this paper analyzes the pluralistic development ability of SKK company after listing, and finds that the successful listing of SKK company on the new third board plays a positive role in the diversification development of the company, which is beneficial to the long-term development of the company in the future. Finally, after the listing of the new third board, the diversification strategy of SKK Company is analyzed and implemented. It is concluded that SKK Company should actively take advantage of the opportunity of listing the new third Board to implement the diversification strategy, and its strategic objectives can be defined as the following four aspects: accelerating the growth of enterprises. Make use of existing resources and advantages, strengthen core competitiveness, cultivate new growth point of enterprise. Specifically, the implementation of the strategy should actively promote "four diversification", namely product diversification, market diversification, regional diversification, investment diversification. This paper concretely analyzes the development environment inside and outside of SKK Company, the situation of diversification development before and after the listing of the new three boards, and puts forward the strategy of diversification development in the future, which has certain guiding significance to enhance the strategic planning and management ability of SKK Company. Other new three-board listing companies to develop diversified business has reference significance.
