宁波银行对中小企业授信客户贷后分类管理研究

【摘要】:中小企业授信业务是商业银行近几年来发展的方向,中小企业在为商业银行带来丰厚利润的同时,也因为其自身规模小、信息透明度低、财务数据不规范等原因需要商业银行对其增强管理的强度。如何通过贷后管理的方式降低中小企业客户不良授信发生的概率,是商业银行需要迫切解决的新难题。解决该问题,对商业银行建立完善的风险机制,提高银行竞争力具有重要意义。 本文通过对国内外相关文献的研究后,选取宁波银行作为主要研究对象,在对宁波银行贷款风险分类管理实践进行充分研究和分析的基础上,通过对宁波银行现有大量中小企业客户的授信资料进行评估和总结,改善宁波银行现有打分分类机制并使其同银行内外部其他信用管理系统有机结合,根据分类结果将授信客户按照风险程度从大到小分为5类,,并对不同类型的授信客户提供不同的管理建议。本文重点分析了宁波银行现有贷后管理过程中存在的问题,通过完善宁波银行授信客户分类方法,提出分类管理的措施和建议,希望为宁波银行设定批量化管理分类客户的规则,提高宁波银行总体风险把控能力。也希望通过此文抛砖引玉,为我国商业银行在金融全球化背景下防范和化解信贷风险提供理论支持和智力帮助。
[Abstract]:SME credit business is the development direction of commercial banks in recent years. While SMEs bring huge profits to commercial banks, at the same time, because of their own small scale and low information transparency, Financial data is not standardized and other reasons need commercial banks to strengthen their management intensity. How to reduce the probability of bad credit by the way of post-loan management is a new problem that the commercial banks need to solve urgently. To solve this problem, it is of great significance for commercial banks to establish a perfect risk mechanism and improve the competitiveness of banks. Based on the research of domestic and foreign literatures, this paper selects Ningbo Bank as the main research object, and makes a full study and analysis on the practice of classified management of Ningbo Bank's loan risk. By evaluating and summarizing the credit data of a large number of SME customers in Ningbo Bank, the paper improves the existing grading and classification mechanism of Ningbo Bank and organically integrates it with other credit management systems inside and outside the Bank. According to the classification results, the credit customers are divided into 5 categories according to the risk level, and different management suggestions are provided for different types of credit customers. This paper focuses on the analysis of the existing problems in Ningbo Bank's existing post-loan management process, and puts forward some measures and suggestions for classified management through perfecting the classification method of Ningbo Bank's credit customers. We hope to set up the rules for Ningbo Bank to manage classified customers in order to improve the overall risk control ability of Ningbo Bank. It also hopes to provide theoretical support and intellectual help for Chinese commercial banks to prevent and resolve credit risks under the background of financial globalization.
