【摘要】:人类进入知识经济时代以后,知识逐渐取代其他物质(如劳动、自然资源等)成为经济社会的核心投入要素,创新也成为决定组织生死存亡的关键,知识和创新成为时代主流。知识密集型组织(如知识密集型企业、高等院校、科研机构等)具有知识主导性、创新密度高和高增值性,在现代经济社会中的前瞻性、驱动性和领导性不断凸显。但易变的市场环境和残酷的组织竞争使得单个知识密集型组织的创新能力愈发受到挑战,限制着组织独立创新的积极性和可行性。为了获取明显的差别化利益进而更大的生存发展空间,知识密集型组织纷纷跨越组织界限,寻求并整合外部互补性优质知识源,并日益成为知识密集型组织的主导创新范式。现代创新日益强调异质知识主体间的协同合作,因此接近外部知识源对于组织创新(包括知识创新、产品创新和服务创新等)就显得异常重要,创新联盟作为异质组织交互作用实现有效创新的场域,为高知识度、创新度的知识密集型组织提供了良好的互动平台。知识密集型异质组织间的知识共享是以利益为导向、以知识为纽带、以创新为目的的不同知识主体间的知识交互作用过程,参与知识共享的组织间是相互独立且平等的。异质组织间的知识共享可以产生知识互补效应和规模效应,贯穿并支撑协同创新的整个过程,其效率直接影响创新绩效。我国现有知识密集型创新联盟之所以创新效率低下,归根结底也主要是因为异质组织间知识共享的无效。作为创新联盟内异质组织间互动的重要机制之一,知识共享机制已成为决定创新联盟内各主体创新能力和竞争优势的深层次原因。因此,对知识密集型创新联盟内异质组织间的知识共享机制做深入系统研究,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。知识密集型创新联盟内异质组织间的知识共享机制是一个多元主体间的复杂动态交互手段或过程。基于复杂动态的研究视角,本文首先分析知识密集型创新联盟内知识共享主体,并在此基础上,对异质组织间知识共享的特性做了深入探究:其次,在对知识密集型创新联盟知识共享主体要素和特性分析的基础上,深入剖析创新联盟内异质组织间知识共享机制的内在结构;再次,基于创新联盟内部参与组织的有限理性和知识共享的非对称性,运用动态博弈方法构建异质组织间知识共享的演化博弈模型,并分析影响系统演化路径进而稳定均衡的因素;最后,基于上述对创新联盟内异质组织间知识共享机制的内在结构和演化博弈分析,并结合我国现有知识密集型创新联盟内普遍存在知识共享无力,协同创新无效等现实状况,分别从利益分配、知识共享平台和风险防控三个角度提出针对性促进策略。
[Abstract]:After entering the era of knowledge economy, knowledge gradually takes the place of other substances, such as labor and natural resources, and becomes the core investment factor of the economic society. Innovation has also become the key to decide the survival and death of organizations. Knowledge and innovation have become the mainstream of the times. Knowledge intensive organizations, such as knowledge intensive enterprises, universities and research institutions, have knowledge dominance, high innovation density and high value-added. They are increasingly prominent in the modern economy and society. But the changeable market environment and cruel organization competition make the innovation ability of single knowledge intensive organization more and more challenged, which limits the initiative and feasibility of independent innovation. In order to get obvious differential interests and greater survival and development space, knowledge intensive organizations have crossed the organizational boundaries, seeking and integrating complementary complementary high-quality knowledge sources, and increasingly becoming the leading innovation paradigm of knowledge intensive organizations. The modern innovation has increasingly emphasized the collaborative knowledge heterogeneity between subjects, so close to the external knowledge source for organizational innovation (including knowledge innovation, product innovation and service innovation, etc.) is very important, innovation alliance as a field of interaction of different organization to achieve effective innovation, provide a good interactive platform for knowledge intensive high knowledge organization degree, the degree of innovation. Knowledge sharing among knowledge intensive heterogeneous organizations is a process of knowledge interaction between different knowledge subjects based on interest, knowledge and innovation. Knowledge sharing among organizations is independent and equal. Knowledge sharing between heterogeneous organizations can produce knowledge complementarity effect and scale effect, and run through and support the whole process of collaborative innovation, and its efficiency directly affects innovation performance. The low innovation efficiency of the existing knowledge intensive innovation alliance in China is mainly due to the ineffectiveness of knowledge sharing among the heterogeneous organizations. As one of the important mechanisms of the interaction among heterogeneous organizations in the innovation alliance, knowledge sharing mechanism has become the deep reason that determines the innovation and competitive advantages of the main bodies in the innovation alliance. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to do a thorough and systematic study of the knowledge sharing mechanism among the heterogeneous organizations in the knowledge intensive innovation alliance. The knowledge sharing mechanism between the heterogeneous organizations in the knowledge intensive innovation alliance is a complex dynamic interactive means or process among the multiple entities. The research based on the perspective of complex dynamic, this paper first analyzes the main body of knowledge sharing knowledge intensive innovation alliance, and on this basis, the heterogeneity of Inter Organizational Knowledge sharing characteristics was furtherinvestigated. Secondly, based on the knowledge intensive knowledge innovation alliance sharing analysis main elements and characteristics, in-depth analysis of the internal structure of different organization innovation alliance knowledge sharing mechanism; thirdly, the non symmetry of limited rationality and knowledge in the organization's internal innovation alliance based on sharing, establish an evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing between heterogeneous organization with dynamic game method, and analyze the influencing factors of the path and the stable equilibrium system evolution; finally, the above analysis of the heterogeneous organization innovation alliance in the knowledge sharing mechanism of internal structure and evolution based on game, combined with our existing common knowledge intensive innovation alliance In reality, such as knowledge sharing is weak, collaborative innovation is invalid, and so on, from the three points of interest distribution, knowledge sharing platform and risk prevention and control, the targeted promotion strategy is put forward.
