M公司产品项目核心竞争力评价研究

【摘要】:核心竞争力是企业独具的、能为企业带来经济效益的、支撑企业可持续性竞争优势的核心能力。我国中小型科技企业在经济发展中发挥了重要的作用,中小企业型科技企业的核心竞争力越来越受到人们的关注。本文回顾了中小型科技企业核心竞争力国内外研究现状,介绍了本文的研究内容与研究方法。本文以M公司的RF-SIM产品和2.4G有源卡两项主要产品项目为依托,采用核心竞争力理论,从研发、生产、销售和盈利等方面具体介绍了M公司产品项目的商业模式,使用五力模型和SWOT分析方法,初步分析了M公司产品项目的核心竞争力水平为“较强”。本文在梳理大量文献后初步确定了创新能力、营销能力等指标,根据M公司的两项产品项目,本文设计了筛选初步确定的指标的调查问卷,并将其发放给行业内的学者和管理者们,根据他们的回答结果,本研究确定了最终的指标。最后从五个方面、16个具体评价指标建立了M公司产品项目核心竞争力评价指标体系。本文在确定指标权重时通过向行业内专家发放调研问卷的形式,选用AHP层次分析法,确定了M公司产品项目核心竞争力综合评价指标的权重表。本文选取的模糊层次分析法对M公司产品项目核心竞争力进行实证分析。通过对M公司管理干部和掌握产品核心技术的员工发放调查表,得到了M公司企业核心竞争力评价表。分析结果显示除经营安全能力一般外,M公司产品项目的其他的四个指标均为较强,因此,综合结果M公司产品项目的核心竞争力属于“较强”的等级。本文还从项目层面和公司层面对提高M公司产品项目的核心竞争力提出了针对性的建议。
[Abstract]:Core competence is the core competence of enterprises, which can bring economic benefits to enterprises and support the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises. Chinese small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises have played an important role in economic development. People pay more and more attention to the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises. This paper reviews the domestic and international research status of the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises. This paper introduces the research contents and methods of this paper. Based on the RF-SIM products of M Company and the 2.4G active card, this paper adopts the core competitiveness theory, from the research and development, production. This paper introduces the business model of M Company's product project in terms of sales and profit, and uses the five-force model and SWOT analysis method. After combing a large number of literature, this paper preliminarily determines the innovation ability, marketing ability and other indicators, according to M company's two product projects. This paper designed a questionnaire to screen the preliminary determined indicators, and issued them to scholars and managers in the industry. According to the results of their answers, this study determined the final indicators. Finally, from five aspects. Sixteen specific evaluation indicators established M company product project core competitiveness evaluation index system. This paper selected AHP Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) through the form of questionnaire to experts in the industry to determine the index weight. The weight table of the comprehensive evaluation index of the core competence of M company's product project is determined. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) selected in this paper is used to empirically analyze the core competence of M company's product project. The employees who hold the core technology of the product issue questionnaire. Obtained M company enterprise core competitiveness evaluation table. The analysis results show that the other four indicators of M company's product project except general operating safety ability are stronger, so. The comprehensive results show that the core competence of M company's product project belongs to the "stronger" grade. This paper also puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the core competence of M company's product project from the project level and the company level.
