企业双向开放式创新对新产品市场绩效的影响及作用机制研究

【摘要】:随着市场竞争的加剧,传统的只利用企业内部创新资源的"封闭式创新"方式,已经不能迎合快速变化的市场需求和客户偏好,越来越多的企业开始和供应商、消费者、以及竞争者共同合作开发,从"封闭"转为"开放",采取"开放式创新"的方式,以实现新产品在市场上的成功。近些年,开放式创新逐渐成为企业家和学者研究关注的重点。然而,关于双向开放式创新如何影响企业新产品市场绩效的研究还有待开展深入的实证研究。本研究重点探讨双向开放式创新对企业新产品市场绩效的作用影响及其中间机制。本研究从企业能力理论视角出发,构建了双向开放式创新(内向型开放和外向型开放)、创新能力(创新速度和创新质量)、环境动态性和新产品市场绩效的理论模型,深入探讨了双向开放式创新对新产品市场绩效的影响及其作用机制。本研究根据271份来自中国中东部企业的调研数据,采用结构方程模型等方法对理论模型进行实证检验。对双向开放式创新影响新产品市场绩效的直接效应,创新速度与创新质量在两者作用关系中的中介效应,和环境动态性在其中的调节效应,进行了相关的假设检验。数据结果显示:内向型开放正向影响新产品市场绩效,创新速度和创新质量在其中起到完全中介作用;外向型开放正向影响新产品市场绩效,创新速度在其中起到部分中介作用;内向型开放对新产品市场绩效的总作用效果仅略大于外向型开放对新产品市场绩效的总作用效果;环境动态性正向调节双向开放式创新与创新速度、创新质量的关系。研究结论对企业的创新管理具有重要的理论和实践意义。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of the market competition, the traditional "closed innovation" which only uses the innovation resources within the enterprise can not meet the rapidly changing market demand and customer preference, more and more enterprises and suppliers begin to. Consumers, as well as competitors, work together to develop from "closed" to "open" and adopt an "open innovation" approach in order to achieve the success of new products in the market in recent years. Open innovation has gradually become the focus of the study of entrepreneurs and scholars. The research on how two-way open innovation affects the market performance of new products still needs to be deeply studied. This study focuses on the effect of two-way open innovation on the market performance of new products. This study starts from the perspective of enterprise capability theory. A theoretical model of two-way open innovation (introverted opening and extroverted opening), innovation capability (innovation speed and innovation quality, dynamic environment and market performance of new products) is constructed. The effect of two-way open innovation on the market performance of new products and its mechanism are discussed in depth. This study is based on 271 survey data from enterprises in the central and eastern part of China. The direct effect of two-way open innovation on the market performance of new products and the intermediary effect of innovation speed and innovation quality in the relationship between them are studied by using structural equation model and other methods. And the adjustment effect of environmental dynamics in which the hypothesis test is carried out. The results show that the introverted and open positively affect the market performance of new products. The speed of innovation and the quality of innovation play a complete intermediary role; Export-oriented openness positively affects the market performance of new products, in which innovation speed plays a part of the intermediary role; The total effect of introverted opening on new product market performance is only slightly greater than that of extroverted opening on new product market performance. The dynamic environment positively regulates the relationship between two-way open innovation and innovation speed and innovation quality. The conclusion is of great theoretical and practical significance to the innovation management of enterprises.
