众创生态:一个基于众创逻辑的生态治理模式

【摘要】：立足于公地悲剧规制、众创经济发展和人类中心回归,将众创逻辑模式引入生态治理,建构众创生态理论分析框架,研究众创生态治理模式的逻辑概念、作用机理、博弈困境和建构方略。研究表明,众创生态是通过大众创新创业推动生态治理的资本化运作和市场化改革的行为逻辑模式;众创生态作用机理包括生态众智、生态众包、生态众筹和生态众扶;建构众创生态治理模式需要集聚众智、实施众包、推广众筹和强化众扶,进而对接众创生态资源场域,制造众创生态创意运维,激活众创生态融资链条,突出众创生态赋权协同。
[Abstract]:Based on the tragedy regulation of the common land, the economic development and the return of the human center, this paper introduces the multiple innovation logic model into the ecological governance, constructs the theoretical analysis frame of the public innovation ecology, studies the logical concept and the action mechanism of the public innovation ecological governance model. Game dilemma and construction strategy. The study shows that crowd-creation ecology is the behavioral logic mode of promoting the capitalization operation and market-oriented reform of ecological governance through mass innovation and entrepreneurship, and the mechanism of ecological action includes ecological wisdom, ecological crowdsourcing. The construction of ecological governance mode of crowdfunding requires gathering wisdom, implementing crowdsourcing, popularizing crowdfunding and strengthening crowdsupport, and then connecting with ecological resource field, creating ecological creative operation and maintenance, activating the chain of ecological financing. Highlight the synergy of ecological empowerment.
