研发团队行为整合和双元创新关系研究——基于学习空间的中介作用和团队反思的调节作用

【摘要】:以研发团队为研究对象,以学习空间(包括空间紧密度和知识面)为中介变量,团队反思为调节变量,建立团队行为整合对双元创新作用机制的概念模型.运用嵌套结构方程模型检验学习空间(包括空间紧密度和知识面)的中介作用,发现团队行为整合与双元创新之间具有显著正相关关系,学习空间紧密度和知识面均在团队行为整合和双元创新关系间起完全中介作用.运用多元回归分析检验团队反思的调节作用,发现团队反思在团队行为整合和双元创新间起正向调节作用.
[Abstract]:Taking the R & D team as the research object, taking the learning space (including spatial compactness and knowledge) as the intermediary variable, the team reflection as the adjustment variable, A conceptual model of the dual innovation mechanism of team behavior integration is established. The nested structural equation model is used to test the intermediary role of learning space (including spatial compactness and knowledge). It was found that there was a significant positive correlation between the integration of team behavior and duality innovation. The closeness of learning space and knowledge both play a complete intermediary role between the integration of team behavior and the relationship between duality and innovation. The multiple regression analysis was used to examine the moderating effect of team reflection. It is found that team reflection plays a positive role in the integration of team behavior and dual innovation.
