企业信息系统数据复杂性的度量及应用

【摘要】:准确测量信息系统的复杂性是解决系统成本估算、合理报价以及进行维护优化的基础,现有的研究成果或将信息系统视为软件技术系统,从软件的代码、结构或对象等方面探索系统的复杂性;或拓展到信息系统管理视角,关注信息系统设计、开发阶段的复杂程度,但就当前众多研究成果而言,鲜有学者关注信息系统运行阶段的复杂性。为弥补当前的研究缺陷,本文基于数据视角,提出构建能够全面衡量企业信息系统设计、开发和运行阶段复杂性的模型和度量方法,并进行应用探索,以期为信息系统复杂性的理论研究和实践管理提供借鉴和参考。为了全面、准确地测量企业信息系统复杂性,本文基于表征理论,从信息系统的数据内涵出发,提出“数据复杂性”的概念,构建相应的理论模型;基于该模型开发复杂性度量方法及其对应的度量工具;将所提出的模型与度量方法与传统模型方法进行对比验证,论证模型与方法的有效性;在此基础上,通过对7家制造企业162个信息系统的实际数据的实证分析,验证了企业信息系统的数据复杂性对维护价格的影响;最后设计了基于动态数据复杂性的适应性维护策略。论文的主要工作如下:(1)提出了“数据复杂性”概念并构建理论模型。围绕“信息系统的本质是什么?是否能够结合其本质来探索其复杂性?包含哪些方面?”的问题,基于表征理论中数据视图体现对现实世界表征的内涵分析,提出“数据复杂性”的概念,接着,依据表征理论的三个前提假设将模型具体分为数据模型、数据操作范围、数据操作强度和数据量四个维度,分析了数据复杂性与有效应用的关系,以及驱动企业信息系统复杂性的因素,并探讨了该模型可能的理论贡献。该模型扩展了表征理论的应用领域,是信息系统复杂性研究的新视角。(2)设计了企业信息系统的数据复杂性度量方法。围绕“信息系统的数据复杂性能否定量测量?如何测量?”的问题,结合信息熵和复杂性格空间理论,设计基于企业信息系统数据复杂性的度量模型和度量方法,并据此开发了一套有效的数据复杂性度量工具,并运用该工具分别计算和分析了企业应用和电子政务应用两类信息系统的数据复杂性,分析结果表明,首先,数据复杂性特征与企业的业务特征相一致,这与表征理论的假设相吻合;其次,运行阶段的数据量复杂性对整体复杂性的贡献更大,凸显了该模型能够反映运行阶段特征的优势,最后,相较于企业信息系统,电子政务系统的数据操作复杂性对整体的影响更大,体现了电子政务系统应用范围更广,强度更大的特征。(3)验证了企业信息系统数据复杂性度量方法的有效性。围绕“信息系统的复杂性测量方法是否有效?”的问题,将提出的企业信息系统数据复杂性的度量方法与传统的体系结构复杂性度量方法进行比较验证。通过横向比较3家不同公司的同一个信息系统(物资管理信息系统)的数据复杂性,纵向分析同一家公司不同信息系统(物资管理信息系统与成本管理信息系统)复杂性,结果均表明,信息系统的数据复杂性度量方法相较于传统的度量方法,具有度量模型更加全面、度量方法的动态性考虑更充分等优势。(4)探索了数据复杂性与企业信息系统维护的关系。围绕“信息系统的复杂性会造成怎样的影响?”的问题,构建了基于企业信息系统数据复杂性的“设计复杂性—开发复杂性—运行复杂性—维护价格”的多阶段研究模型,并通过对7家大中型制造企业162个系统的实际数据进行检验,实证结果表明,数据复杂性、维护服务水平以及系统使用时间均会显著影响后期的维护价格,依据此结论,企业可以从数据复杂性角度,设计更加合理的维护价格模型。(5)提出了以企业信息系统的动态复杂性为依据的适应性系统维护策略。围绕“如何通过理解信息系统的复杂性,为制定有效的管理措施提供帮助?”的问题,构建了基于动态数据复杂性的维护策略空间,接着通过计算3家大中型制造企业物资管理系统运行过程中产生的动态复杂性,依据维护策略空间进行针对性的维护策略设计。结果表明,基于分析结果制定的维护策略更能适应业务特征,可以提高信息系统维护的服务效率。
[Abstract]:The accurate measurement of the complexity of information system is to solve the system cost estimation, reasonable pricing and maintenance optimization based on the existing research results or information system as a software system, the software code, to explore the complexity of the system structure or objects; or to expand the perspective of management information system, pay attention to the information system design, complex the degree of development, but the large number of research results, the complexity of operation and few scholars pay attention to information system. In order to make up for the defects of the current research, this paper based on the data perspective, put forward to design a comprehensive measure of enterprise information system development and operation stage the complexity of the model and measurement methods, and provide reference and application exploration. In order to fully and accurately measure the complexity of enterprise information system In this paper, based on the representation theory, starting from the data of information system connotation, puts forward the concept of "data complexity", construct the corresponding theoretical model; the model development and the corresponding measure of complexity measurement tool based on the proposed model; and the traditional measurement method and model method are validated to demonstrate the effectiveness of the model and method; on this basis, through the empirical data of the 7 manufacturing enterprises 162 information system analysis, verify the enterprise information system to maintain data complexity of price influence; finally design based on dynamic data complexity adaptive maintenance strategy. (3) to verify the effectiveness of enterprise information system data complexity measure method. (4) to explore the relation between data complexity and enterprise information system maintenance. Around the "complexity of information system will impact?" the problem, build enterprise information systems based on data complexity "design complexity - development complexity - operation complexity - maintenance price" Study on multi stage model, and verified by actual data of 7 large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises of the 162 systems, the empirical results show that the data complexity, maintenance service level and the service time of the system can be significantly influenced the late maintenance price, on the basis of the conclusion, enterprises can to data from the perspective of complexity, maintenance of price model design more reasonable. (5) proposed the dynamic complexity of enterprise information system for maintenance strategy adaptability system based on "how to understand. Through the complexity of information systems, to provide help for the development of effective management measures?", constructs the dynamic complexity of data maintenance strategy based on space, and then through the dynamic complexity calculation 3 large and medium sized manufacturing enterprise material management system in the operation process, based on the maintenance strategy for space design maintenance strategy. The results show that based on The maintenance strategy developed by the analysis results can be more adapted to the business characteristics and can improve the service efficiency of the information system maintenance.
