资源依赖与高技术产业技术创新效率——基于SFA与中介变量法的研究

【摘要】：将创新价值链分为知识生产和知识商业成果转化两个阶段,结合运用随机前沿模型与中介变量法,根据省级面板数据,实证考察了资源依赖影响高技术产业创新效率的传导机制。研究结果发现,通过企业规模、研发人力资本、研发资金、产业集聚、政府干预、开放程度等因素复杂的传导作用,资源依赖总体上有碍于高技术产业创新效率提升,并且各个传导因素的影响程度和影响方式各异。最后在实证研究的基础上提出提升资源型地区高技术产业创新效率的建议。
[Abstract]:The innovation value chain is divided into two stages: knowledge production and knowledge commercial achievement transformation. Using stochastic frontier model and intermediary variable method, according to provincial panel data, the innovation value chain is divided into two stages. The paper empirically examines the transmission mechanism of resource dependence on the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries. The results show that, through the complex conduction effects of enterprise size, R & D human capital, R & D funds, industrial agglomeration, government intervention, openness and so on, On the whole, resource dependence hinders the improvement of innovation efficiency of high-tech industry, and the influence degree and influence mode of each conductive factor are different. Finally, on the basis of empirical research, some suggestions are put forward to improve the innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in resource-based areas.
