铁路系统C公司企业文化建设的研究与探讨

【摘要】:企业文化是企业的灵魂,是推动企业发展的强大驱动力。企业的凝聚力、创造力以及在此基础上形成的核心竞争力均来源于企业的文化。当今企业管理的重要内容之一就是依靠先进的文化助推企业的可持续发展,这既是一个正在被广泛实践的管理手段,也是一个未来的发展趋势。当前,铁路企业的文化建设是一个短板,滞后于铁路企业的发展。面对竞争日趋激烈的运输市场,铁路企业形势非常严峻,经营压力不断加大。铁路企业如果不采取有力措施和行动,那么市场份额不断萎缩、经济效益滑坡、铁路的发展难以为继将是必然的趋势。因此,积极谋划和努力实践企业文化发展的长久战略,加快形成特色鲜明的铁路企业文化,提升铁路企业的文化软实力,是铁路企业的当务之急,是一项长期的任务,也是一项新课题。本文以铁路系统C公司的企业文化建设为例,通过文献法和实地调查考察法,从多角度研究与探讨文化建设对于铁路企业发展的重要意义,对当前铁路企业文化建设的现状与问题作出深入分析,并有针对性地提出铁路企业文化建设的主要对策,以及实施这些对策后的效益预期。通过研究,提出了对策和建议,对铁路企业决策者和管理者提供参考和借鉴,以期达到推动铁路企业特别是C公司文化战略的制定和发展之目的。随着我国铁路市场化改革的不断深入以及物流企业的全面发展,C公司作为国有企业、铁路企业和物流企业,其发展既面临前所未有的机遇,也面临十分严峻的挑战。在这种形势下,C公司迫切需要改革创新,而改革创新的一个重要切入点就是企业文化建设。首先,在宏观层面上,要将企业文化理念融入公司所有发展战略,要强化组织保障,完善制度建设,加强督促落实。同时,要通过提高管理层面的认识并身体力行,加强对企业文化的传播,抓住薄弱环节并力争取得突破,努力打造并维护企业品牌,切实树立以人为本的管理理念,在提高服务能力和水平上下功夫,让员工自觉参与到企业文化建设中,加强制度文化建设等一系列具体措施,使企业文化建设逐步走向规范化、常态化的轨道。通过上述这些措施和手段,企业文化建设将为C公司的发展注入新的活力,增强发展的驱动力,形成新的经济增长点。
[Abstract]:Corporate culture is the soul of the enterprise and a powerful driving force to promote the development of the enterprise. Creativity and the core competitiveness formed on this basis all come from enterprise culture. One of the important contents of enterprise management nowadays is to rely on advanced culture to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. At present, the cultural construction of railway enterprises is a short board, which lags behind the development of railway enterprises. The situation of railway enterprises is very severe and the operating pressure is increasing. If railway enterprises do not take effective measures and actions, then the market share will shrink continuously, the economic benefit will decline, and the development of railway will be difficult to sustain. Actively planning and practicing the long-term strategy of enterprise culture development, speeding up the formation of distinctive railway enterprise culture, and promoting the cultural soft power of railway enterprises are the urgent affairs of railway enterprises and a long-term task. This paper takes the corporate culture construction of railway system C company as an example, studies and discusses the significance of cultural construction to the development of railway enterprises from various angles through the methods of literature and field investigation. This paper makes a deep analysis of the present situation and problems of railway enterprise culture construction, and puts forward the main countermeasures of railway enterprise culture construction and the benefit expectation after carrying out these countermeasures. Through the research, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. For railway enterprise decision makers and managers to provide reference and reference, With the deepening of the reform of railway market and the overall development of logistics enterprises, C Company is regarded as a state-owned enterprise, railway enterprise and logistics enterprise, as a state-owned enterprise, railway enterprise and logistics enterprise, with the aim of promoting the formulation and development of the cultural strategy of railway enterprise, especially company C. Its development is faced with both unprecedented opportunities and severe challenges. In this situation, the company urgently needs to reform and innovate, and an important breakthrough point of reform and innovation is the construction of corporate culture. First, on the macro level, We should integrate the concept of corporate culture into all the development strategies of the company, strengthen the organizational guarantee, perfect the system construction, and strengthen the supervision and implementation. At the same time, we should strengthen the dissemination of the corporate culture by enhancing the understanding and practice of the management level. Grasp the weak links and strive to make a breakthrough, strive to build and maintain the enterprise brand, set up a people-oriented management concept, in order to improve the service ability and level, let the staff consciously participate in the construction of corporate culture, A series of concrete measures, such as strengthening the construction of institutional culture, will make the construction of enterprise culture move towards the track of standardization and normalization. Through these measures and means, the construction of enterprise culture will inject new vitality into the development of company C. Strengthen the driving force of development, form new economic growth point.
