【摘要】:中国经济迅猛发展,呈现加速倍增的趋势,中国的地位在世界的排名上不断提升,而随着中国不断地与国际接轨,对企业的考验越来越严峻。随着企业竞争的加剧,人才的竞争也越来越激烈。吉林移动终端分公司属于中国移动通讯集团的下属机构,主要负责的是手机的销售,CPE的销售、多形态终端的销售,吉林移动终端分公司想在竞争激烈的各大通讯设备销售类公司中脱颖而出,就必须重视企业人才的管理、充分认识员工培训的重要性,只有这样才能在激烈的企业竞争中不断提升企业核心竞争力。吉林移动终端分公司的员工培训体系还存在许多不足,本文以该公司为研究对象,希望通过研究找出其培训体系存在的问题并提出相应的解决方案。本文首先通过问卷调查法对吉林移动终端分公司的培训体系现状进行了分析,比较详细深入的了解了终端分公司的员工培训现状,并且深入分析发现该公司在员工培训中存在有四方面:培训需求分析体系存在的问题、管理体系存在的的问题、实施体系存在的问题的问题、评估体系存在的问题;其次,以培训理论为基础,针对公司培训体系存在的问题,从需求分析体系优化设计、管理体系优化设计、实施体系优化设计以及评估体系的优化设计来完善该公司的培训体系,设计出了一套适合该公司的员工培训体系。本文通过对吉林移动终端分公司的人力资源培训存在的问题进行研究,希望能够帮助公司解决员工培训体系中的不足,合理完善员工培训机制,建立一套行之有效的培训体系,提高企业的竞争力,为吉林移动终端分公司创造更大的利益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the trend of accelerating and doubling, China's position in the world continues to rise, and as China continues to connect with the international community, the test of enterprises becomes more and more severe. With the intensification of enterprise competition, The competition for talents is also becoming more and more intense. Jilin Mobile Terminal Branch belongs to the subsidiary organization of China Mobile Communications Group. It is mainly responsible for the sale of mobile phones and the sale of CPE and multi-modality terminals. If Jilin Mobile Terminal Branch wants to stand out from the competition among the major communication equipment sales companies, it must attach importance to the management of enterprise personnel and fully understand the importance of staff training. Only in this way can we continuously improve the core competitiveness of enterprises in the fierce competition. There are still many shortcomings in the training system of Jilin Mobile Terminal Branch. This paper takes the company as the research object. I hope to find out the existing problems of its training system and put forward the corresponding solutions. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of the training system of Jilin Mobile Terminal Company by questionnaire. In this paper, we have a detailed and in-depth understanding of the current situation of employee training in the terminal branch, and find that there are four aspects in the training of the company: the problems in the training needs analysis system, the problems in the management system, Secondly, based on the training theory, aiming at the problems existing in the company's training system, from the requirements analysis system optimization design, the management system optimization design, Implementation of system optimization design and evaluation system optimization design to improve the company's training system, Through the research on the problems of human resource training in Jilin Mobile Terminal Branch, the author hopes to help the company to solve the shortcomings of the staff training system. Improve the staff training mechanism, establish a set of effective training system, improve the competitiveness of enterprises, and create greater benefits for Jilin Mobile Terminal Branch.
